We love staying in Airbnbs and always wanted to host. Our 750 sq ft carriage home is located minutes to Comox and the beach. We are 3 kms from the airport and 40 kms to Mt. Washington. There is so much to do in the valley and we hope you will relax here after a day of exploring. We are happy to share our local knowledge. We are not pet friendly as we foster animals (service animals are welcome). We share the back yard, but it’s spacious and you have your own patio and entry gate.

In a quiet neighborhood, a lovely, private, air-conditioned, vaulted-ceiling cabin with glass front overlooking Baynes Sound and the mountains of Vancouver Island. Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES.

Village Laneway Hideaway

Park beside your gate to a fully private, 1 bedroom 450 sq/ft guest house with bike storage and large private patio. Two blocks from the main street. Two minute ride to the trailhead. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, large bath/shower, and a modern gas fireplace that's perfect for warming up after a day on the trails, seashore or Mt. Washington. A/C in summer, two 50" smart tv's (living room/bedroom). 2 Adults max, but there’s a pullout for kids.

Cumberland Lofthouse

Newly added Level 2 EV charger. The Lofthouse has sleeping/living space for 4 on the main level. Heated concrete floors. Fully stocked for a comfortable stay. Close to the forest trails and village amenities. The unique folding ladder to the (optional) loft is steep, so kids under 6 will need supervision. The ladder can be safely stowed against the wall. Safely store 3 bikes inside, and outside you can find a bike stand/wash station.

It is a nice swimming beach.Lots of wildlife, birds, seals, sea lions, otters and if you get lucky you might see whales. This carriage house has lots of character and is a clean simple, cozy space for a get away.
