Comfortable queen size bed with a view of the yard and garden. Private carport parking and private entrance both located in the covered carport. No access to kitchen/main house/property. No pets.

This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. W/D, full kitchen, a deep tub, heated bathroom tiles and all brand new. We are not finished our landscaping, but we have an inflatable hot tub in a cute designated patio area. The suite is a one-of-a-kind private & fully equipped 1-bedroom suite. It resides in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful forest views and glimpses of the ocean & mountains. A king-size bed, comfortable couch, smart TV, kitchenette, spacious bathroom with a tub and shower are all included in this spacious suite. Outside the suite there is a garden and a coffee table where you can enjoy your morning breakfast and coffee while viewing the forest and listening to bird sounds.
