Ferienunterkünfte in Palermo

O apartamento é lindo e bem localizado. Fomos em família, 4 adultos. ficamos todos muito bem acomodados. Recomendo o apartamento. O anfitrião é muito atencioso e fala muito bem português. Ficaria novamente no apartamento.

El departamento coincide con las fotos y está muy bien conectado con el transporte público y principales lugares turísticos lo que permite aprovechar al máximo tu estancia. El edificio es muy tranquilo y el acceso fue ágil !

This is a really great spot that exactly matched the photos. Perfect for a single looking to treat themselves or a couple looking for a getaway. Great walkable spot with food and coffee options abound, but Palermo Hollywood is noticeably quieter than Palermo Soho (20min walk east). Regardless, a very safe area! Rooftop deck and pool are amazing and rarely occupied - like other reviews said, the pool could use a bit of maintenance but with only 6-8 units in the building I wasn't expecting it to be pristine. The property has a team of people that helped with check-in and immediately responded to any queries. The shower's cold water stopped working and they sent a plumber right away. I asked for an extra set of towels (only had 2x for a 12 day stay) and they quickly accommodated. Overall - seamless experience as a guest and I would definitely recommend this spot.

Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Je connais bien Buenos Aires l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter, c'est un quartier sur et agréable avec plein de magasins à proximité, buses, métro et des taxis à tout moment. Adrien le concierge du bâtiment à été serviable et à l'écoute. Paz réponds à la seconde près ! L'appart est confortable et agréable et plus il a l'air conditionné et la petite piscine sur la terrasse fait vraiment plaisir . Ah! petit café artisanal tout bio et vegetarien à 100 mts idée pour un bon café ou les midis ... lave linge à 200 mts . TOUT y est facile .
