Condo offers full accommodations that will exceed expectations. There is a pinball machine, air hockey, and sauna down stairs. Local access to hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and biking trails. Newly updated kitchen (summer 2025). Wildlife is a common occurrence in our yard. No ATVs on property.

We are on a 3 acre plot of land set back from Highway N with a dock on Plum Lake . We are 2 miles west of Sayner. There is a wonderful hiking and biking trail right across Hwy N in front of our place. The snowmobile trail runs there too and also down on the lake in front of us. There is a golf course up town, tennis courts and children's playground. The Sayne r Pub , uptown serves excellent food. There are several unique shops, 3 different churches and a fantastic museum.

Powdermill Resort economy Condo across from the Big Powderhorn Mountain Ski Resort and just minutes from Black River Harbor, Copper Peak, Blackjack and Indianhead Big Snow Resorts. This is a top floor two-story condo overlooking a beautiful forested area above the Powdermill Creek. The condo was totally remodeled in 2020 with new kitchen, bathroom, carpet, fixtures, and more.

Full condo with one queen bed in the bedroom and pull out couch in the living area. Can sleep 4 comfortably. You also have access to a full kitchen. Enjoy Snow River Ski Resort and snowmobile trails just yards away from the property in the winter or hiking the porcupine mountains and other outdoor activities in the summer! We kindly ask for no pets at this time.

Welcome to Windsong Lodge #4, a cozy second-floor unit just two blocks from Big Powderhorn Mountain and near top ski and cross-country trails.
