Beautifully remodeled small cottage in central Gainesville, TX. Non connected house with central hvac, washer/dryer, free wifi, big screen television and outside private deck/porch for lounging. The finishings and design of the house are beautiful. The house is located behind the main house at 1400 Jean Street, but has its own private off street parking. Absolutely NO...NO...smoking and vaping in the house.

The house is located only a few miles from Winstar Casino. It has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with a tub and shower, internet, a living room with a flat screen TV and a PS3 for games, movies, and music, and a kitchen. Pets are welcome. There is a fenced yard with a porch and grill. There is a nice view of hills above the Red river and though the house is near the casino, it is quiet and peaceful.
