Blackhorse Cabin

Quant little cabin nestled high enough in the mountain to view Mt Alice from the front porch and still close enough to the town of Seward. There is a queen bed and a futon. The love seat reclines also. There is a fire pit you are free to use and some bikes hang from the deck of the main house feel free to use those. The house is located up the mountain but the road can be heard from the cabin. The queen bed and twin futon are located in the same room. One guest complained the area was to small.

This quiet two-story, one-of-a-kind cabin has 1 private bedroom and one larger walk-thru bedroom. It features two private decks, one on each floor, a huge, new dock for the canoe and paddleboard, a full bath with a shower and toilet, a full kitchen, a living room with a bar for eating as you gaze over the water, brand-new appliances and furniture. This over-the-water cabin can sleep four people quite comfortably with all rooms having a gorgeous view of the water, wildlife, and the sunrise!

Forest Yurt has all of the spirit of an off-grid forest yurt, in a quiet Anchorage neighborhood, 5 mins from airport. This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. Enjoy the hot tub, collect fresh chicken eggs, and breathe forest air!

Enjoy all Cooper Landing and the Kenai Peninsula has to offer with your own private retreat on Kenai Lake. Our cabin has 2 bedrooms, a loft and 2 bathrooms. The property is located on the sunny side of Kenai Lake just up from the bridge. Enjoy a fire by the lake, float the upper Kenai, hike or bike. The property has a private boat launch for small boats. Minutes away from the new Cooper Landing Brewery and across the street from Wildman's for food, river shuttles, and last minute items.

We are situated a mile from the town center where multiple fish and river guides base their operations. Fishing, hiking and mountain biking trails are all within minutes of the house. (The lower deck is temporarily closed for repairs but the upper deck and the gazebo are still open). Long term rental stays are for winter months only. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. (Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy.
