The house was comfy, cozy, and spacious, providing everything we needed. The serene country setting was absolutely beautiful, offering the perfect environment for peace and relaxation. We were delighted by the frequent visits from hummingbirds, chickens, and even some deer! Our dogs had a fantastic time as well, making it a great getaway for the whole family.

Wonderful way to spend our Spring Break. Our children were able to get so many amazing experiences and we are very grateful. Everyone had a great time!

This was our 5th visit to Oregon in the past few years. It was our first time visiting Coos Bay. We were looking for a family friendly home, near attraction. Melinda's house fit the bill. It was clean and neat. It had a nice open feel to it. We did a lot of sightseeing so we were mostly at the house in the evenings. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. We loved the pool table. We used the BBQ one night which was great. Everyone slept good for the most part. The bottom bunk bed could use a little more pading or a small box spring. We had one adult sleeping on it and they could feel the metal frame. Other than that, the house was prefect for us. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. If ever traveling up this way again, we would love to rent again.

The place was great. It had everything. The house was clean and very comfortable, just what we needed. The area is very private and quiet, you can rest for sure!! Thanks for letting us enjoy your place!!

This is what an air bnb experience should be like. A local host that is friendly and there for anything we need. Not some big business ran company that just cares for profit. Great place and great host!

Beautiful location, amazing people and a really comfortable stay. I can’t recommend this place enough. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. This home feels like “old school” Airbnb when the houses felt like homes and not hotel rooms with extra liabilities. Also I just want to add If reincarnation is real, and I have to come back as a horse then I want to be a horse at this Airbnb.

Place was cute and cozy. 10 of us stayed comfortably. Clean and had everything we needed and more. Is up on a hill and felt we had privacy. Host was great. Check in and out was easy. No issues at all. Would stay again and recommend.

Very cozy during a rainy Spring Break visit. The location is great and close enough to the dunes that we could head out and ride between the rain storms. We also enjoyed the nice TV and comfy couch for watching movies and playing video games when it was too wet outside to ride. Best of all, I got to sleep in the amazing purple velvet bed and check that item off my bucket list! I hope to bring the kids back her for a future trip to the dunes.

I enjoyed the stay and nice surroundings. Close to bike trails and hiking. Very comfy and quiet place. Would highly recommend .

Quiet, clean and peaceful. Everything we were looking for for our respite after a long day or traveling. Had everything we needed for cooking and comfort and the shower was amazing!

Audrey was an amazing host and even provided everything i needed ❤️ including a balloon 🎈 for my daughters first birthday.

We loved our stay here! It had everything we needed and we felt right at home. We explored the coast and so many things were close by our home away from home. We appreciated the flexible check in and the directions for getting in were spot on and easy. We loved the quietness of the home and community. The home was very clean!

Insane location and view morning, noon and night! You must walk from South Jetty to the place via the beach during low tide, it’s just fabulous!! There were lots of sea creatures to observe in the exposed stacks. We walked from our cozy cabin to the Face Rock scenic view point and also walked to the Wildlife Refuge. Very convenient to Old Town. Highly recommend both Foyle’s Irish Pub (we watched a football game there while enjoying lunch) and Tony’s, we had to go twice. Make sure to ask if you can have your picture taken with Walter the crab.

Such a great deal and beautiful home. Cheaper than staying at a hotel and have all the amenities and privacy you could ask for.

The place was well laid out, had the most stocked kitchen and cooking area I've seen in any other AirBnB, and was close to the SWOCC campus. It was clean, spacious, with clear instructions, top notch appliances, and large comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again myself.

This was our second visit to the Bridge View Perch. We really enjoyed it again! Very comfortable and spacious home with amazing views. Really appreciated the "extra" treats and the music (we will forever associate the Bridge View Perch with Jack Johnson!!! Hope to visit again. We still need to visit Shore Acres State Park.

This house was great and exactly what we needed while visiting for a golf tournament at Bandon Dunes. It had an unbelievable view and the house clean and tidy. I would recommend it to anyone!

This was an amazingly cute little place to stay! It was all themed and very well maintained. I would say I was stressed about noise level the entire time due to the floors being tile, everything echoed a lot. I barely heard the footsteps from above and they did not bother us. I was also worried about all the very reachable and easy to breakable things my 5 and 7 year old could touch. I was able to move most things to a different location to avoid being accidentally knocked over. They had some puzzles and other kid games my kids enjoyed, too! The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is pretty small but it worked well for our stay still. The host responded very quickly when I needed assistance. The location was near everything and we hobestly could have walked to everything if we had wanted. Very happy stay here!

The space and location are great. The area was very peaceful and quiet, we were able to enjoy the sunsets. The kitchen was very functional, we cooked breakfast and dinner every day. The internet was great, it allowed us both to work a few hours every morning.

We had a family get together and it was perfect to accommodate all of us. The view was outstanding. The ocean room upstairs off the king bedroom was my favorite place to be.

We checked in late and only stayed one night but we enjoyed our time here. The whole building is older which adds to the charm but also can get a bit loud as you hear people walking above you getting ready in the morning. We’d definitely come back and enjoyed the location.

The space was perfect for our family, plenty of beds and amenities for kiddos. Ralph & Sandy were super helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our time there and it had everything we needed. Thanks so much!!!

Highly recommend. A little sad that the stairs down to the beach was blocked off but totally understandable. Better to know they are repairing something then ignoring it. Absolutely amazing view. Great place.

We enjoyed staying here. We were able to sit on the deck and enjoyed seeing the boats and surrounding bird life. Fun to watch the tide come and go! Everything we needed was there, the rooms were clean. We would recommend this place to others!
