Plenty of parking space for cars, RV, ATV, boat, trailer, etc. Surrounded by adventure with the Empire Boat Dock only 1.7 miles away, the world famous Box Car Hill Dunes less than 20 minutes away, and World renown Bandon Dunes Golf Resort only a half hour away.

Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. I'm very close by if you need any assistant or have questions.

Charming, modernly styled A-frame cabin across from the beach, walkable to local shops and restaurants. This is a no-shoe home. If this isn't your jam, please book a different listing. There are so many! We are right across the street from the beach, but beach access is at either end of our street, about a 2-minute walk. Directly across from our house are protected dunes that cannot be traversed.
