Whether you're visiting campus, celebrating graduation, or simply looking for a quiet retreat in nature, this home offers the perfect balance of lakefront relaxation and easy access to town. Spring is a beautiful time on Lake Dunmore. Enjoy mornings with coffee overlooking the water, take a walk along nearby trails, or explore the food scene and shops in downtown Middlebury.

This Is Our Farmhouse

Welcome to our Farmhouse! A 2.6 acre property one mile from Bristol Village shopping & restaurants, 20 minutes to Middlebury, 35 minutes to Burlington & Sugarbush. You are staying in the main house. The home is three stories, four bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen, three living room spaces, two sofa beds and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. We live on on the property with an outdoor cat & German Shepherd Jax. We are pet friendly with fee. * Steep stairs from 1st to 2nd floor.

Lots of indoor and outdoor space; large loft space and a wrap-around porch that spans the entire length of the home. Walking distance to the Star Trek Original Series Set Tour. A five minute drive to Lake George and Lake Champlain boat launches as well as the Tiroga Beach. Seven minutes from the Lord Howe Valley wedding venue. It's a unique and welcoming home that has a lot to offer no matter the season.
