We are located less than 2 blocks from the Edge District and the Western side of the Nebraska Med Center Campus. It is a separate unit of a two story brick duplex, built in 1930, and is next door to my residence. Retro charm and recently remodeled, including the kitchen and bath, and has a washer/dryer in the basement. There is one reserved off street parking space adjacent to the back yard. It is also two miles from downtown and two blocks from Dodge St., the main thoroughfare and bus line.
