Brian's place was perfect for our weekend getaway to Newnan for a family event. We enjoyed the short 4 block walk into the heart of the city for restaurants, drinks, and even a Speakeasy! Newnan is a charming city, and Brian's place provided a nice respite for our stay. Everything was easy - no problems at all.

My parents really enjoyed their stay! They were so appreciative to have such a nice place to enjoy while in town. The hosts are very responsive and went out of the way to add more pictures to the listing. They also informed me of a small upgrade that was added to bring even more peace of mind for my parents stay. Thank you so much for being kind hosts and providing such a beautiful property for others to benefit from!

When we first got there, someone had just checked out, but I think it was airbnb that messed that up. The host was very quick to respond and had the cleaning lady come. Everything was wonderful. It felt like home away from home. It was beautiful inside, peaceful and quite. The backyard is very cute! We will definitely be staying here again!!’

Felt very cozy as soon as I walked in. Small spot but felt at home right away with Lenny giving us a list of amenities guests would stay at and recommendations of restaurants to eat in the area. Area was also a good spot in order to reach the downtown area.

Stayed here with a few friends (5 adults total). The place was great and we didn’t feel cramped at all. It was quiet and peaceful and we felt safe there. In the evenings we hung out in the front living room. We never ended up using the tv and didn’t feel like we had to. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

I needed just a quick 24 hour getaway to clear my mind and read a book and this was the perfect spot. It was cozy. It had everything I needed, and I will definitely be back.

I was traveling with my Parents who are in their 80's and my brother. One of my brother's daughters lives in Newnan and the other is about an hour a way. My parents and bother were very happy with the house and their was enough room for my nices, her spouse, and two children to come visit. The house had everything we needed and was in an ok area. We were traveling from Ohio and arrived after dark their was no numerals on the mailbox and their address on the porch was hard to see from the street. Definitley need a bright front porch light. My parents are selling some property they own up near Jasper and if we have to return we would definitly rent this house again.
