Cozy/quiet place and Justin is awesome very responsive and helpful and understanding

This home accommodated our family over the Thanksgiving week perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything my wife needed. It was an amazing property in an ideal location. The landscape and wildlife were an added surprise. It's a very cozy and inviting environment. The way the windows allow you to sit and watch nature is very relaxing. The property allowed us to take a few hikes and see nature as well. Marvin_

our host had everything prepared for our stay so we could focus on our travel destination. the property was well maintained, conveniently and comfortably decorated, all instructions were clear professional and friendly. the property was a short commute to the annual memorial we attend and we look forward to staying here again next year if the property is available. highly recommend 👌

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tracy's home. I had great communication through the whole experience. Once I got there I had a few questions for her and she responded immediately. She is a very gracious host. The house was spotless, very welcoming and comfortable. It was in a family friendly neighborhood....nice park across the street, lots of people walking with little kids/strollers. It was quiet at night. I traveled with a dog and having a fenced back yard was wonderful. Not huge but plenty of room to sit out in the afternoon/evenings and eliminated the need to hand walk the dog. 5/5 and I would definitely stay there again if I were to go back to that area.

Amazing place with a TON of extras including a welcome basket with snacks, treats and a food station for the dog, and any toiletries you could have forgotten. Plus there was even local restaurant recommendations and the menu for the local cafe for breakfast or lunch. and the best part .. you don't have to clean the whole place before you leave.. just take out the trash and lock up. Great place for a family, friends, or even a quiet getaway

A wonderful place to stay in Jonesboro! Plenty of space and nice decor. Comfy bed and a nicely equipped kitchen. We would stay here again!

This place blew my expectation out of the water. Everything was incredible from the location to the scenery. The host was very responsive and the instructions very clear. You can tell the amount of effort they put in to the place. The little details of care are incredible. I am an avid airbnb-er and this is a top 3 place for me. 5/5 would recommend to anyone.

Great location! Gorgeous loft! Perfect for families! The host sent several messages checking on us to make sure we had no issues or questions. Loved the location… it was exactly what we needed for our weekend in Jonesboro. I would definitely rent with this host again and recommend this place to family and friends.

Amazing host 10/10 , and I’d definitely call it a hidden gem. Very quiet, clean, and accommodating. Comfortable beds, clean, with plenty of towels. We got caught in the snow and the host went the extra mile to make sure it was cleaned up and safe for us (that was our first time seeing snow). The only place I’ll book when visiting NEA from now on. Thanks Host for making our trip easier (:
