Villa Art Deco

This luxurious, historic and spacious villa is located in Dubrovnik's most elite and private residential neighborhood. It’s within walking distance of the historic old city of Dubrovnik. This idyllic property was built in 1938 and renovated in 2013. It comfortably sleeps up to 13 people and stretches over four floors. It's very airy and relaxed thanks to the 500m² interior living space and generously proportioned garden and terraces. Villa Art Deco has a garage with two closed parking spaces and an additional four outdoor parking spaces. Art Deco is completely air conditioned. It has Wi-Fi, LCD Satellite television and a DVD player for entertainment any time. Soothe yourself before or after a busy day by indulging in the jetted tub or sauna, both suitable for two people. The sizeable swimming pool is big enough for your entire group to enjoy a cooling dip when the temperature soars.
