We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

As we frequently stay at the caravan site at the end of the road we have driven past this property on numerous occasions and knew it would be ideal for us. We weren't disappointed and as soon as we got inside he felt right at home.

The best Airbnb we have stayed in, lots of extra details. Immaculate and as described. We were there Sunday and Monday and not many nice eateries open but our fault for not checking. Easy access to many other lovely beaches.

We stayed in this beautiful little getaway and absolutely loved it! We were really impressed with how clean everything was and how comfy the bed was! The location is perfect. There is a nice little walk to the beach which is about 2mins!! And a lovely little pub enroute, The Oddfellows which we definitely recommend a visit to! Everything is really easy to get to by foot and the neighbourhood is so nice! Ian was great, very friendly and approachable. He communicated with us prior to arrival to give instructions on what to do when we got there, ensured us we could contact him at any time should we need to (luckily we didn’t), and just before we left. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again!

Lovely large family home. Great cook’s kitchen with large selection of implements. I particularly appreciated the downstairs shower with a shower chair for my use. We were 8 people and 3 generations, the kids enjoyed the large DVD selection, others were entertained by the table in the conservatory for doing jigsaw puzzles. All enjoyed getting together around the large table in the kitchen for family meals. Lots of historic places to visit close by as well as the seashore despite the winter weather.

Smooth booking and then leading to our stay clear instructions for checkin shared. The cottage was exactly like the pictures, very cosy and plenty of amenities to get us settled like being at home. The playing fields across the way were perfect for the kids to enjoy. Location of the cottage was ideal for visiting Wells and Sandringham. Lovely touch too with the homemade cake on arrival.

La Cappanna was such a lovely little gem which we found and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay for the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend! The beach was only a two minute walk away and was so quiet and there was lots of public footpaths to explore and plenty to see and do within an hours drive away! Happisburgh lighthouse is beautiful! 🤩 As for the accommodation itself - it is much bigger than the pictures look and it has a really secure garden if you are wanting to bring your dog 🐾 - and a big plus that the beds are so comfy and the bed linen is lovely and fresh on arrival! - as well as a little goodie bag with treats for humans and dogs; a nice little touch that you don’t get in many places and made you feel right at home! We will be back one day and will highly recommend to friends and family! Thankyou so much again Tommy and Naomi ❤️

Our first Air BnB, and we had great hosts. The communication was excellent and personalised, before during and after our trip. The house itself was superbly done out, fresh clean and modern. We were initially concerned that we were a little further out of Sheringham than we initially wanted, however we were very wrong. It was only an 8 minute walk to the front. The shop over the road was very handy with great service. All in all it was a great trip with a property that felt like home from home.

We had a lovely stay at Angie's Airbnb. The location was great, super close to the town and the beach which was perfect for our family stay. Sheringham was a traditional seaside little town which we all enjoyed. We had great weather which also helped! The flat was much bigger than it looked from outside and was plenty big enough for the 5 of us and our dog, and had everything we needed for our stay. If we are ever in this area again we would definitely stay here, and would recommend to friends.

The apartment was as lovely as the photographs. We had everything we needed to enjoy a few days away. We would recommend staying here and it in located in such a beautiful village.

Jane was a fantastic host and her place was so lovely. Located right across the promenade, it is in walking distance to nice pubs and restaurants, and the road felt really safe. Everything was clean, the bathroom is spacious, the heating is modern and the decor made us feel right at home. Jane was very responsive to our queries and her proactiveness made check-in a breeze. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a charming place to stay in Lowestoft!

Lovely place to stay. Accurate as in the pictures, plenty of space. Spacious deck where to relax and enjoy sunny days, Parking, and an Aldi within walking distance.

Good location free parking nearby and comfortable accommodation make this an ideal choice for a visit to Sheringham. Paul was a good host

Perfect location for a weekend in Norwich, however it is very loud at night. We also had a few people sleeping in the entrance of the flat on the first night but they appeared to have left by the morning. The flat is so lovely inside, has everything you need and is very spacious. However there was a lot of dust on the stairs and the bannisters. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, also the parking is literally about 2 mins away! Overall we loved our weekend and will definitely be back soon!

Great place, good location. Well stocked kitchen and cosy flat overall. A little noisy from the restaurant but not open super late or early so no biggie.

Just returned home from Norwich after staying at Jack's flat. I can't recommend it highly enough a very smart spacious and comfortable flat. Spotless throughout with all the amenities you'll need plus a nice reasonably short walk into the city. I would definitely stay again.

Right in the heart of Thetford. A very modern apartment with a great extra touch in the style of decor and facilities (loved the electronic black out blinds in the bedroom). It was very clean, and had some lovely extras of milk, bottled water in the fridge and biscuits. The river walks, parks and museums were nice. With lots of small shops, pubs and places to eat within easy walking distance. Janet was a great host and communication was brilliant. Will be back I’m sure!

From making our booking communication was excellent and Fran was very responsive. Clean instructions on how to check in and park were given which made check in stress free. On arrival we found ample parking for two cars and the apartment is absolutely beautiful, the photos do not do it justice. It contained everything we needed and was exceptionally clean and tidy. The location - even though on a quiet residential road is the perfect place as a base. The beach is a five minute walk as it the town centre. Great pubs and restaurants and so much to do. A great location for visiting the many local beaches and attractions that are within an hours drive. I would love to stay again and am already making plans.

What a fantastic stay. Beautiful self contained apartment right in the centre of Cromer. Every utensil possible available, all kitchen facilities working perfectly. Very comfortable two bedroom sofa. Slept very well all 3 nights. Amazing information pack with everything you possibly need to know during your stay. Emma was extremely friendly and kind and was only a text away. Can not fault a single thing, was lovely and warm, very cosy and we felt right at home. Will definitely be recommending Emma’s place and will certainly be returning ourselves. Thank you so much for your beautiful hospitality and allowing us to stay in this beautiful apartment.

we arrived early into Cromer and Matthews couldn't have been better! got the place ready to go for when we arrived. the terns tales apartment was home away from home, spotless and always had a cozy warm feeling! The area couldnt have been better, right near the station and right near the seafront. Matthew gave us some great recommendations that we took on board and made our stay even better! 10/10 can't wait to visit again

we love it here and have been lucky enough to come here a couple of times now. this will forever be our favourite place to stay in Winterton (or anywhere!) it's immaculate, well equipped, comfortable, perfect for my small dogs, Elaine is absolutely fabulous and very welcoming and helpful. I honestly cannot recommend Sea Mist enough. We had the best weekend again.

We had a great stay. The road was really quiet but incredibly close to the sea front. Parking was easy for us on the street and in the space behind the flat. The tea and coffee in the cupboard was appreciated.

Fabulously stylish apartment, brilliant central Location. Superbly appointed: comprehensive kitchen utensils, really comfy beds and sofas. And when we asked for the bedding to be swapped out (our fault entirely, we forgot to Mention a feather allergy) the hosts came over within half an hour to make the change. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend this lovely apartment.
