Downstairs also has a day bed. Just renovated and new furniture. No events or gatherings without prior approval and event fee

A short 10 minutes drive to Rincon’s downtown and renowned beaches. This one flight down the stairs back patio level room has a private entrance/private bathroom. Equipped with 2 queen beds, AC, and 2 ceiling fans. A mini fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker/essentials. WiFi, a Roku Smart TV with additional local air channels.
