Amazing place to stay in Belgrade. My Serbian friends called it the best splav house they ever saw. Very personal and well build interior. Nice terrace. Highly recommend. Be aware about transportation - taxi and delivery is hard to get to this house, and there is 25 min walk to the ada mall, where u can get taxi. Overall - its a very good place, i spent here 2 days with my friends and very thankful to hosts for this opportunity.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und Aufenthalt im Haus. Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und bietet alles was man haben muss. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und bei Problemen immer schnelle zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Ganz großes Lob an seine kommunikative Art. Wir können nur gutes über das wunderschöne Haus mit Pool und schönem Garten Berichten. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen, sodas wir gerne wieder komme möchten. Das Haus ist perfekt für Kinder und Hunde geeignet, da alles schön umzäunt ist. Egal was man machen will: Schwimmen, Grillen, Lagerfeuer, es ist alles da! Die Räume sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet und mit Ventilatoren. Abends hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Belgrad und da es in der Natur gelegen ist, ist es auch sehr schön ruhig! Wir können hier nur sagen: bedenkenlos Buchen! Es war Wunderschön!

We spent a day at the countryside house — beautiful grounds, sun loungers by the river, and a cozy interior with thoughtful details. Everything looks just like in the pictures. The host was always available and quick to help with any questions. There’s also a grill, which was a nice bonus. Great spot for a peaceful getaway.

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

Потрясающая двухэтажная квартира с сауной, чистым бассейном и большой террасой с видом на Дунай. Мы отдыхали большой семьей. Всем очень понравилось. Очень чисто. В квартире есть все для отдыха. Даже барбекю. Район Земун очень красивый. Много хороших ресторанов рядом. Самые лучшие впечатления. Отдельно отмечу качественную сауну, которая быстро нагревается. СПА у вас дома. Также есть огромная джакузи. Хозяйка квартиры очень гостеприимная и быстро решала любой вопрос. Это лучшее место, чтобы остановиться в Белграде. До центра города 15-20 минут на такси. Большое спасибо за отдых!
