The great room was much larger than expected. They had a bowl of snacks on the table and waters in the fridge. Lots of extras. A really great apartment. I will definitely come again.

The best way to say it is that if I'm traveling from eastern Kansas to Northwest Kansas again, or perhaps Blackhawk/Central City, or even Denver, I will go out of my way to stay there. It was that nice and Gaby was incredibly responsive as a host. The ease of access to the unit, as well as the instructions for how to use everything, as well as the checkout process, were big time positives. This is a great place, highly recommended by me!

Great location, near downtown. Unit was clean and spacious. Instructions for check in were easy to follow.

We made a last-minute booking for a pheasant hunting trip. The house was very clean and is located in a perfect area near plenty of available public hunting and outdoor opportunities. Kerri and Dave are very accommodating to any needs you may have. We were traveling with two dogs and the house is fenced in, which is extremely helpful when trying to take care of pets while on the road. We will definitely book again the next time we are in McCook. Thanks, Kerri and Dave for a great stay.

I didn’t know what to expect, traveling through the area for the first time. But this little house was a gem in the rough. Outside, it’s a nondescript house on a rather wild lot, on the edge of a small town. Inside, it’s a masterfully designed remodel with quirky little details to keep it interesting, and thoughtful touches such as the heated bathroom floor. The transom doors recalled my memories of primary school as a kid. I enjoyed flipping through the photo book of the remodel showing steps from its original to present state. If ever, I’m in this town again, I would definitely stay here.
