Jazmin's place is just as she described. very clean, quiet and private! place was perfect for our stay for a family wedding 5 min from the venue. she was very responsive and helpful with questions about checking in early. she also msged to make sure we made it in ok! beautiful place! if we ever come back to the area we will prob look to see if her place is available!!

I had an amazing stay! lots of attention to detail in terms of furnishings. lots of little nice surprises like the Keurig cup varieties, Hershey's chocolate. The Bluetooth speaker mirror in the bathroom is so cool! Located right in front of the Capitol and lots of great restaurants. Walking distance away from the riverfront. Would absolutely stay again!

Freshly remodeled, very clean, has everything need for a longer duration stay. Kimberly is a great host goes above and beyond every time. Cannot recommend her properties enough if your in the area.

Pomfret Place offers homelike comfort within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and Dickinson College. The apartment was decorated with charming holiday lights and other small, graceful touches. The location is ideal and the charm and restful interior was lovely.

Don and his wife were excellent hosts. They met us when we arrived and helped us settle in. The apartment is spacious and clean. It's in a safe, residential area. I would definitely stay again!

This was my first Airbnb stay. I appreciated the easy in which to find a place to stay close to other activities. I am very familiar with the community thus appreciated finding this gem. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lots of space to live in. Close to some great birding spots and easy access to both Newville and Carlisle.

This is my second time staying here. I spent almost an entire year here previously and had such a great experience then that it was the first place I checked for when I came to visit. I enjoyed it then and now and would still highly recommend. Beautiful home in a great location

This was not the fanciest, biggest or had the most luxuries of any AIRBNB that I ever stayed in, but there was something about its simplicity that my family loved. It had/has everything we needed to unwind and reconnect. We had a great time there together, it was raining hard, and this place was so warm and cozy that we played games and laughed all evening long. Getting food delivered or running out for snacks was effortless, surrounded by choices. Also, having a park next door to walk your active dog is priceless!!!! We will definitely being staying again in the future:)

Katherine's place was by far the best AirBnb in Cumberland County that we have stayed in. My husband and I visit Carlisle every Spring for the car show at the fairgrounds. We both agreed, you won't find a better AirBnb in the area, period. Everything about Kate's place was perfect, exactly what we needed. The apartment is newly built, so it's sparkling clean and comfortable. This place has every amenity you could possibly need and then some. We both got a good night's sleep after a long day hunting for car parts. The location was perfect as well. The neighborhood is not only clean, quiet, and safe; it's minutes away from the fairgrounds, and everything the historic town of Carlisle has to offer. The hosts are kind and friendly. We got along as if we'd known them for years. Kate's business, The Wholesome Loaf, provides a way to give back to community. I had some of her scones for breakfast, and went home with a bag of goodies, it was all delicious. Thanks again to Kate and Luis!

Private one bedroom right off of Rt. 15, which makes it close to needed stores and restaurants. Anne is an excellent host making sure you have everything you need for your stay. Definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future.

This is a gorgeous, historic property with upscale decor and lovely shared spaces. I only wish I had brought my wife with me — it has a very upscale, artsy and romantic vibe. The property has been beautifully restored, keeping so much original elements like steam radiators, wooden flooring, solid wood doors, and more! You could spend hours enjoying the details. That said, kitchen was modernly appointed, with everything I needed to make myself a steak dinner and a good breakfast in the morning. Room temp is easily controlled from smart thermostats, and I enjoyed placing my towel on the radiator and getting to use a warm towers after my shower. The rooms all have beautiful views of the river! And, there is a gorgeous shared patio space that includes a hot tub and grill—I didn’t get to enjoy since I was there on business. I look forward to coming back on a weekend getaway in the near future.

This space was gorgeous, inside and out! The host was responsive and, when we had a minor issue with the lock box, they not only resolved it with excellent customer service but also went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported. The only downside was an "old house" noise that was fairly persistent. A strong hum came from a vent most of the time we were there, but was even louder when the heat kicked on, and it did wake me up at least once. I'm quite sensory sensitive to sound. So, if you have a hard time relaxing with high pitched hums, it might be best to try a different room (we were in the Meigs). The hot tub, beautiful grounds, gorgeous river view from our window, elegant decor, and thoughtful instructions from the host, however, mean we will definitely be back (but maybe in a different suite, or if the hum is resolved in the future, that suite). Highly, highly recommend!

I highly recommend this location if you’re passing through the Harrisburg area. This was a short stay for us on our way back up to Maine from Southern Georgia. The house and its surrounds are absolutely stunning. The interior space has been well thought out and not one detail has been missed. Our hosts were incredibly communicative and super friendly! We will definitely be back!

We recently stayed here for my wife’s birthday. We can not say enough good things about our stay. The building is stunning, the inside has so much character and is beautifully furnished and decorated. We tried to enjoy all the areas. Had a fire in the common room, enjoyed the hot tub while the snow fell and our room was comfortable! The bed and pillows in our room were the best we’ve ever slept on in a Airbnb before. So much so we read the labels and ordered the same set for home. lol the rooms are big and the bathroom and bath relaxing. We are already planning our trip back! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The Hosts were always responsive and gave us great recommendations for the area. You will not be disappointed if you book your stay here.

Host were great, they live next door. They were very nice. We stayed with our 2 dogs. The yard is being updated so it’s not open like the picture. The host also has a dog but it was easy to let ours out. They were very accommodating.

I was just passing through and wished I had more time to spend in Carlisle. I will definitely be back! This town is full of history!
