Mountain View Studio

This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

The loft features a kitchenette, a beautiful stone fireplace and a big, comfy reclining couch. Visit Bridgton this summer walking distance highland lake, shops, and restaurants. Just minutes from Pleasant Mountain for hiking, skiing, 30 minutes from North Conway, and an hour from Portland a perfect central location to relax after exploring.

A nautical look and feel is what this coastal home away from home offers. A detached from the main house in-law apartment is the perfect get away. Located directly on the water, on an estuary called Spinney Creek, part of the Piscataqua River. Bring your kayak, fishing rod, or sit back enjoy a cold beverage and watch the sunsets by the fire pit. Best water views ever. It is 1.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth, NH and less then 1 mile to the beautiful rejuvenated downtown Kittery.

The guest suite is perfect for quiet lodging after a day of exploring or visiting.

This cozy, country attached "mother-in-law" suite with garden views is an 800 square foot suite with two bedrooms (11 x 15’ and 8 x 10’), one full bathroom, a living room with flat screen cable TV and a fully stocked kitchen, ready to be utilized. There is a separate entrance to the facility and parking for multiple cars (one spot under the deck). Outside, there is a large deck with a table and grill for outdoor seating and grilling.

To access the space you must walk through my house but it is completely private in every way. A 5 minute drive /Uber rider to Portland. In the beautiful Maine Audubon Neighborhood, nature trails and MacWorth Island are just down the road. I have 2 sweet cats. I’m fully vaccinated and clean thoroughly. The space will breathe between rentals and extra cleaning supplies provided
