Located in a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood midway between Caloundra and Mooloolaba, the house is close to beaches, lakes, shops and cafés. Popular attractions Australia Zoo,Glass House Mountains,TreeTop Challenge are within a 20–30 minute drive.

Relax in your garden retreat, a private oasis by the lake. Dine or laze on the verandah, watch the birds come and go from the tall garden trees. Walk across the quiet cul de sac to plunge into the lake - also popular for canoeing, fishing, paddleboarding - or to catch spectacular sunsets. Stroll the beach path to the surf, cafes, grassy picnic areas, kids swim spots and playground. Follow the bike path north or south or explore canoe trails. Canoe and bikes included. Golden Beach is a perfect location for families with calm water for safe swimming, lots of BBQ areas and parks overlooking the water and a Greg Norman golf course nearby. There are also many surf beaches a short drive away. You are spoiled for choice! This is a great location with shops, supermarkets and cafes nearby.

629 Balmoral Ridge

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.
