The Barn

Spacious studio style accommodation, available since Sept 2024, located in the heart of the Kent countryside for a perfect break. Close to Goudhurst and Marden, accessible to Balfour Winery, Sissinghurst Castle, Leeds Castle etc. The space has a king size bed, kitchen area with essentials including a microwave oven/ grill and fridge, shower room and separate toilet and basin. Towels provided. Please note this is a no smoking property and available for 2 adults only and no pets.

The Lodge is the perfect country getaway and romantic retreat. Please note this is strictly a NO SMOKING property inside the Lodge, the garden and surrounding field. The property is also NOT SUITABLE for infants, children or pets. Two adults only.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Summer House

Set in a picturesque village with miles of country walks, this detached Summer House is located just a few minutes walk from the village centre where you will find a local pub, tea rooms and village store. From its position you will enjoy beautiful views of rolling countryside and access to various walks on your doorstep. There are several National Trust places close by like Sissinghurst and Scotney Castle.
