We enjoyed our stay here and the many good restaurants nearby.

We travel often as a homeschooling family. My 9 year old picked Cleveland and Brian’s Airbnb as her birthday trip. Unfortunately, the night before our check in, there were some issues at Brian’s Airbnb with plumbing — but fortunately, he is an incredible host and person and let us know he was moving us to another beautiful location. “Above and beyond” is an understatement. He even sent my daughter donuts for her birthday. Brian was kind, responsive, honest and helpful. We all fell in love with Cleveland and will recommend Brian’s properties to everyone we know. Highly recommend this host!

My husband and I went to Ohio to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. It was a real treat to stay in a quaint, quiet place on the lake. We highly recommend this place.

Great property inside, well decorated, on a quirky street. Close to the hall of fame and browns stadium. The hosts communicated really well and were accommodating when we had some plans that didn’t work and they were flexible to make work.

A very nice place, but a little small. We heard noises from upstairs that kept our dog awake and he barked. Other than that, everything was fine.

From the start, Holly was quick and responsive. This little house was perfect for the two of us and our hound. Neighborhood was adorable- perfect to walk the dog. Out the door, down the driveway, to the right- and a little walk later we were at the lakeside! Charming houses the whole route. I was worried about no TV, but we didn't miss it at all! We walked across the street for breakfast at Gus's. Nothing amazing here but it was nice to be able to walk there. We were in town for a game at Cleveland Browns field and the drive into downtown was easy (be aware they close exits). Place was clean and had everything you need. It was thoughtful that she supplied coffee, a few snacks, and treats for the dog. Even had make- up wipes and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. Towels were so soft! Communication was great! Check in instructions were clear , making sure we didn't need anything, & check out instructions were easy. Pics were spot on and descriptions of place were exact.

This was the 2nd time my family stayed at Yvonne's Airbnb because we have cousins who live nearby. And we thought it was fantastic both times! We would highly recommend this property and are just sad we don't have an excuse to go back there anytime soon. The house was laid out really well. There was a living area in the front with a fireplace (although I'm not sure if it was operational.). And another living area in the back that had a big TV. All the rooms had a lot of windows and light. There was a desk in the front living area if someone needed to work remotely. We didn't use the kitchen much -- but it was large and well-equipped. Upstairs were two very spacious bedrooms and one cozy one. The house was decorated and furnished in a very warm and interesting way that made it feel more like someone's home than a sterile Airbnb. And the best part was how responsive Yvonne was. She got back to us in minutes whenever we had a question. It's a special place!

I spent one night here, as a break between two stints of a very long drive. It was good! Cute decor, comfy couch and bed. Responsive, helpful host.

I really enjoyed this place. The apartment we stayed in, unit #10, was welcoming. It had a comfortable feel to it. The layout, finishes and overall design were well thought out and executed. It had pros and cons but the cons were not major enough to give less than 5 stars. I listed them below: Pros: -Location is great, walkable to restaurants, a convenience store and shopping -Modern finishes -Great layout(bathroom away from bedroom) -Blackout curtains work really well -Very clean -Bed was perfectly comfortable, not too firm -Don’t have to worry about people below you since those units are commercial spaces -Space overall is cozy and welcoming -Tons of natural light, even in bathroom -Easy parking behind the building Cons: -Couch is not comfortable -Floors are squeaky -No TV in the bedroom so we had to watch on the not so comfy couch -Metal bed frame is a little noisy
