Me and some friends stayed at Theo’s for a simple girly get away. If i could rate this 10 stars i would. Everything was nice and clean, there was plenty of TP and Towels. Lots of games to play! And the lake view was amazing. I love how there was a fan in every room too. Theo’s communication was top tier. I had a dumb blonde moment trying to get into the home and as soon as I let Theo know , she was already on the way to help. I would DEFINITELY come back , vacation or not. Best BnB i’ve been in so far!

This tiny house is the kind of Airbnb that makes you wonder why anyone stays in hotels. The building itself has so much character: a thoughtfully designed, updated 1908 structure with great style and comfort throughout. The view of the city skyline from the front porch is amazing, and the convenience of being right on the train line was unbeatable; we didn't drive anywhere during our stay. Close to White Oak Music Hall and Meow Wolf. All around a fantastic experience.

We had a wonderful time at the magical forest. It was a good getaway from all the hustle and bustle. Everything was just as described. We lit a fire and enjoyed chatting out on the deck overlooking the water. I flipped the canoe the first day we were there and had everyone rolling. At the time I didn’t think it was so funny. The water was a bit cold at first! I enjoyed the feeding the fish and just the peace and quiet of it all. We walked the trails and swam in the pool. I noticed that there was wedding arbor which looked like a great spot for a country wedding. AC kept it nice and cool and the WiFi was very strong. Plenty of stuff to watch and steaming services to use when you want to relax and watch something. We loved the high ceilings and windows overlooking the water and the morning sun shining through. This is a great place to get away and Aimee was a great host. She was quick to respond the few times we had questions. Loved our trip to Magical Forest!

It is a beautiful, comfortable, well equipped home. Mel, our Hostess was especially helpful and quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this home for family get togethers.

Two beautiful homes. If you're questioning whether or not to book this property, the answer is yes! We hosted our wedding here, with attendance from our parents, siblings, and just a few of our friends. The space was more than efficient, and not to mention, a perfect atmosphere. Andrew was very accommodating and responsive. He made the chore of finding a venue for lodging and having a ceremony seamless.

The host was great, very quick to respond and deliver anything we wanted. The pool was awesome and the location was the best.... 7 mins away from everything. Great shopping and restaurants. When we are in the area we will try to stay again. Really enjoyed it.
