The perfect location for me, as is it in town and in walking distance of everything. And if u want to drive u even get your own private parking space at the back of the building. This Apartment come with a very good internet and with your own router, so no problems with Online Work or Streaming. llona, who has been my contact person, has been very helpful and professional. Glad I stayed here and would definitely stay here next time again.

We werw two couples in this apartment for 8 nights on October.The stay in the apartment was comfortable,it is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The beds are comfortable,the wi-fi is exellent,there is always hot water,it has everything you need to prepare your own meals.The terrace is huge to enjoy with a view of the pool.The apartment is five minutes from the best Nissi beach,there are many restaurants,markets and bakeries nearby.The host offered us transportation from the airport and was in contact with us in case of need.Entering the apartment is easy with a code,there is also a parking lot if you rent a car.The place is a good starting point for visiting the Famagusta area, there are bus stops to Ayia Napa and intercity transport nearby. All recommendations for staying in the apartment,we would love to come back again next year.

We loved the cozy garden in the backyard, where we had breakfasts, lunches, and dinners every day. The pool was clean and in October we were the only guests to swim there. The owner helped us immediately with anything and resolved all the problems, from contacting an Internet provider company to replacing a broken kettle. Taras was always pleasant and we can recommend his apartments. The district is well-developed, with plenty of taverns and restaurants available, and any goods can be found in the nearby shopping mall.

A very cozy place in front of the Oroklini beach. The house is fully equipped and has all required amenities to host 4 adults. The private deck in front of the sea is simply priceless! There is a bus stop right outside the place but the itineraries are very sparse. If you want to visit other places it is highly recommended to rent a car since taxis are also sparse and expensive. The house also provides a parking place. Next to the place is a wedding venue and all four nights that we stayed they hosted wedding parties. The noise at the beach is bearable but to our surprise the house was completely noise-protected! Rita is a great host, she gave us a full welcoming tour of the house, she was always responsive and willing to help! We are looking forward visiting again!

Właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Apartament czysty i przestronny, przepiękny widok na basen i ogrody z dużego tarasu. Piaszczysta plaża Venus Beach z krystalicznie czystą woda po drugiej stronie ulicy. Lidl blisko. Przystanki do miasta i na Coral Bay kilka krokow od kompleksu. Wrócimy tam z ogromną przyjemnością 😀

This place is an utter oasis hideaway ran by a lovely couple with great knowledge of Cyprus. Catherine could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stopover in Limassol.

I would like to say that we had great time in the apartment. it is clean, you have everything inside there, from towels, cutleries, soap, dishes and other things that are useful in an apartment. The area is quiet and the neighbourhood is safe. We walked to the beach, the distance being short and the way to the beach being a pleasant one. We had the sea view with an amazing sunrise. We have a 7th month daughter so it's easily for me to see the sunrise :) I would like to thank to Christina from Sunaholic because she was a true angel for us. We had our return flight late at night and she allowed us to stay in the apartment as long as we needed. For us it was a great help, because we were with our two small children. You were great Christina, thank you again!! I will truly recommend this apartment

Pasamos un par de noches mi pareja y yo y la ubicación era perfecta para poder moverse hacía la parte vieja de la ciudad (en coche) en poco tiempo y visitar la tumba de los reyes y la zona más pegada a la costa porque está realmente cerca. Todo fue muy bien y la habitación nos gustó mucho

Наталья очень помогала,всегда была на связи.В апартаментах все необходимое было.место прекрасное.свой пляж в 100м,мы с мужем ходили чуть правее-там вообще 2-3 человека плавало.море чистейшее.с детьми идеально.тихое и спокойное место.магазинчик на территории,выбор маловат.ресторан тоже на территории-хороший. Горки водные и бассейн свой большой на территории. Все супер! Вернемся обязательно!

Хочу порекомендовать это жильё, очень удачное расположение: есть большой бассейн и спортивный бассейн , много кафешек, спа, тренажёрный зал, теннисный корд, место для шашлыков, супермаркет и море не далеко! Хозяйка очень приветлива и отзывчива! Рекомендую
