Wendy's house was well furnished, equipped with all the amenities you could need for cooking in the kitchen, enjoying an evening in watching tv, or just relaxing in front of the fireplace. This house has you covered. For our family of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids), we had two master bedrooms to choose from (one in the basement, one upstairs), and plenty enough space for the kids to spread out in the great room, or their own private bedrooms with good sized beds. The kitchen is modern with a great aesthetic, and the house is well furnished with great decor. We love their style! We felt right at home in this cozy neighborhood, and our host kindly checked on us to ensure we were comfortable and to reach out if we ever had a need. We're repeat customers because this house has been great, both in the past and now. Coming back this year felt just as cozy!

We were a group of 11 and Jody was very helpful with our last min plans after another AirBnb cancelled on us last min. This is a yearly even that we do in Des Moines and look forward to booking from him in the future.

The Cozy Corner in Ankeny, Iowa is the perfect home for family to gather together! Our family came in from Oklahoma, North Carolina and Pennsylvania to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Grand View University. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with access to any store or restaurant you could need. The home is spacious and clean with wonderful pluses such as a beautiful deck with a gas grill (propane provided), a hot tub and a heated pool. The home has five bedrooms (sleeps 10), 2.5 bathrooms, laundry facilities, a garage and spacious gathering spaces including the kitchen. We had the BEST time enjoying each other’s company and sharing meals!! Adam was wonderful in his communications with us and I would definitely stay at one of his properties in the future! It was the perfect weekend.

Our family enjoyed staying at this house for Easter. We loved all the games and spacious places to hang out and relax. Definitely take the time to walk the trails behind the house.

all was great, loved the amenities, everything in the house was comfy and nice. We loved that the pool was up and running in May and was heated! used both the pool and hot tub - a great place for friends to hang out for a reunion!

If you have to go to Des Moines, can’t beat this property for proximity to the airport and comparable price to the hotels. We have visited DesMoines for a few years and I wish I would have found it sooner !

Jody was very proactive when it came to communication. Some things came up at the property and he was on it immediately and let me know of the situation, (issues out of his control). Very kind and we really appreciated him meeting up with us, showing us through the house and addressing the situation he was dealing with. Overall, very good experience and a very nice property!

Stayed there with my family for a few weeks and had a great time. Peaceful and serene neighbourhood, the place is fully equipped with a variety of amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. I would mention that the apartment could have been cleaner at our arrival, with pet hair in the living room and trash bins full which made the garage quite smelly.

Clean, simple with very comfortable beds. We stayed 56 days while helping care for my wife’s ailing father in a nearby town. We were very close to our two grandchildren in the area and enjoyed having them visit. Our host was very responsive to all of our needs. This condo rental met all our expectations and we will definitely consider booking it again.

We were very happy with this house and would definitely book again. I also appreciated the host’s timely communications. We didn’t cook so I can’t comment on kitchen utensils but dishes and coffee pot were clean as well as bathrooms and beds. This is a nice house in a good neighborhood and you are close to everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Our host was very responsive and made everything easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area or looking for a staycation!

This house has character. How fun it was to stay in a house that took us back to our grandparents houses. Darlene had it decorated for the holidays, which was fabulous. She was proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. She even monitored the weather to make sure we were taken care of when it snowed. As our 4 year old granddaughter would say: “two thumbs up! Way up!”

Beautiful, clean, lots of room for my extended family. Will definitely book again. Well stocked kitchen and lots of extra towels.

Newly constructed home in Perry with large sitting area for a whole family and very nice bedrooms. The bed in the master bedroom was particularly comfortable. Nice big kitchen area and well stocked and very good amenities. Loved that they had a Christmas tree as it gave it a warm feeling. Very convenient to everything in Perry. Highly recommend this house to other families.

Really clean and welcoming home.

Ideal place for six members of my family as one of my brothers goes through chemo. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms on one floor, another bedroom and bathroom in the basement it's an additional bed. Fenced in yard for the dogs and a green space with walking path about a half block away. Very nice suburb of Des Moines. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for all of us.

My family and I were in town for a wedding and we all stayed together here! The house was wonderful and spacious for all of us. The home is well taken care of and has a wonderful backyard. Thank you for letting us stay here!
