Nice spot, accessible in the city. Lots of places close to eat an be entertained. Parking and check in was easy and communication was on point.

my work trip got extended. Unfortunately the unit I was in was booked. I didn't want to stay anywhere else and fortunately this unit was available. Jessi made the move over painless. and even let us check in early. While slightly smaller than the first place. It was just as spotless and comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need. We loved our stay and you will to. This is one of the best Airbnb we ever stayed at. Will stay here every time we are in the area. Hurry up and book it before it's gone.

Robert’s units were spectacularly clean, nicely decorated & perfect for two couples. He was quick to respond when we needed a new lightbulb & was always available for any questions we had. As advertised, the home has older wood floors which means others can be noticed when walking, but eventually you get used to it (or just bring some ear plugs)! We will definitely be booking this property again for future trips to Dallas!

Very cute and quaint apartment with all the amenities needed. Parking is a bit tight but otherwise the listing is as described! I would stay here again.

We really appreciated our stay at Gerhard 's place. The apartment was really convenient with a great kitchen and two very comfortable bedrooms. Only the Internet was a little bit on the slow end but everything was spot on. Gerhard is an excellent host and always there to help you with everything concerning the apartment or anything else you need. Really recommend booking this airbnb!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. My wife especially loved the area—it was close to everything we needed and had a great vibe. The host was easy to communicate with and made the whole process smooth. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

It was easy to get in, looked like the photos, the host was friendly and responsive, the checklist was reasonable and we enjoyed our stay. I was very happy with how clean it was which I feel like that's hard to find anymore. Our bed was comfortable, the shower pressure and heat was great. Our baby slept great in the crib they provided. Absolutely loved our stay at the Peacock House! It was so cute, decorated adorably, and was so comfortable. We felt right at home settling in! It was so cool getting to enjoy the wild peacocks in the neighborhood too! The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook. The beds were very comfortable and linens were cozy and clean. We loved the backyard! It was a rainy weekend for us, so we didn’t get to sit out there but for a few moments in the rain breaks, but we will absolutely be back in the future! Thank you for a lovely weekend getaway for my bday. 10/10 recommend. Very convenient location for all downtown access.

This is one of my fav air bnbs I have ever stayed in! It was so cozy and perfect if you need to visit friends in Richardson. I will say the dryer and freezer need to be serviced. The dryer turns off automatically every few minutes and the freezer door won't shut which means your food won't stay frozen. Pest control also needs to be called to the property because there were lots of little friends there. But if those services can be made I would recommend this place to anyone! We really enjoyed it.

We enjoyed our stay, it was great being able to park my truck inside the backyard for extra security and convenience. The backyard was also completely fenced in for the dogs, the inside was nice and clean.

Great place! Gorgeous and well kept. No complaints. Better than what I expected. The atmosphere was perfect for my family. Felt right at home with all the amenities and the space. Minh was awesome. She responded timely and took care of whatever was needed. Definitely will book this property again.

Great location, walkable to Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, yoga, restaurants, ice cream, bars, CVS. I think I used my car two times in the month I was here! Lots of pedestrians and cars, a lot of renovations going on in the area, felt safe walking the neighborhood, though you might run into a few people walking back from the bars at night. Bed was very soft, shower pressure was strong. Having a dedicated parking spot at the back of the house was a huge plus and even though the driveway is long it’s easy to maneuver! I did see a few people get ticketed for street parking, especially on St. Patty’s day, so if you park on the street, just make sure to use the permit! Rusty was easy to communicate with and had good recommendations!

Amazing stay but the neighbors kept blasting living on a prayer over and over I’m assuming band practice we heard singing as well it was kind of funny the first few times then it got obnoxious. But the stay over all was great

Leslie’s condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a week-long working stay in the area. Easy to get on the freeway and where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and furniture, great to have the closets and in-unit laundry. Leslie was helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is just okay though. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community, but it is near the freeway and isn’t really the kind of neighborhood where you’d just go out the door and walk around exploring. So, just take note if that’s what you’re looking for. However, just down the hill a little stretch (maybe 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive) is an area called Preston Hollow, and that’s much better for shops/ walking around. Put Trader Joe’s in your GPS and you’ll find it.

Ruwani’s place was great! It’s roughly 2 blocks from restaurants, bars and cafes. I had a scheduling conflict that would’ve required me to check out late and she was incredibly responsive and flexible with me. Communicating with her was like chatting with a friend. The condo I stayed in was comfortable and clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Most importantly, where most hosts have moved towards essentially having their guests clean their properties and still include a cleaning charge, Ruwani’s check out process was super easy, lowkey and reasonable. I will be in Dallas every Spring and I’ll for sure book with Ruwani again! I highly recommend booking with her!

great little place. very comfortable and spacious. the only thing I did not like is the window over the office doesn't have blinds or anything, so it's very bright in the morning if you want to sleep in it's a little hard

We had a great time in Dallas and stay at Christine’s place. She was extremely responsive and we loved how we could walk to the restaurants in Lower Greenville. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve slept in at an Airbnb and she had anything we could think of.
