Located on beautiful Damariscotta Lake, "Loon Lodge" is a rustic cabin from another era. Fall asleep to the sound of crickets and frogs and wake every morning to the call of the lake's many loons. The cabin is 30 minutes from Augusta and 15 minutes from Damariscotta. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy climbing the Camden Hills-a quick 45 minute drive from the lake. You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

‘Round the Bend Farm - private, modern cabin

Our newly built, modern cabin offers a secluded and relaxing retreat in Union, Maine. With the high ceilings, open floor plan, and many windows, guests are surrounded by natural light and forest views. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and an outdoor grill and fire pit. Walking trails connect the cabin to our farm next door, where you can visit with our horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, and ducks. We are just 25 minutes from the Midcoast's shops, restaurants, and beaches.

Surrounded by 20 acres of woods with a wide winding walking path to a beaver pond and a stone’s throw away from the Kennebec and Eastern Rivers. This is the perfect little woodland oasis! - 15 minutes to scenic Route 1 + Maine’s beautiful coast, 30 minutes to the Freeport outlets + LLBean Flagship Store and 45 minutes to Portland and the white sandy beaches of Popham and Pemaquid.

Wild Acres Yurt on 36 acres.

This 20' yurt sits in a private location on our 36 acre hobby farm. We border the 800 acre Kelly Wildlife Sanctuary with trails and a 300 acre pond. The yurt has power, cold running h20, A/C, induction cook top, fridge, micro, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery and silverware. It contains a queen sized bed, full sized futon, air mattress, table/chairs, and wood stove. There is an outdoor shower with hot h20 and the restroom is an outdoor privy. There is a fire pit with seating.

A comfortable full-size bed, composting toilet, a mini fridge & woodstove and electric heater are here for you in this cozy 8x12 cabin in the woods. 2wd access & a parking spot near your door. Hike trails, kayak, fishing, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing then return to your little space to relax & enjoy! This comfortable 2 bedroom, one bathroom, A-frame pine cottage is set on its own private point with 350 feet of waterfront! Cook out on the grill, lounge on the deck or dock while taking in the wildlife on a beautiful tidal river. Watch nesting Bald Eagles and Great Blue Herons fishing! There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
