We absolutely enjoyed your place! Sharon and Anna were excellent host and very supportive! The apartment lacked nothing! It was so peaceful and relaxing! We loved the trail around the whole lake and walked it each day! The location is very convenient to anything you would like to do in the mountains! Very cute and spacious! It was actually a little bigger than I expected and way more up-to-date, than the pictures make it seem! There was even five blueberry muffins for each guest we had staying 🥰

Stayed here for two and a half months while our house is being built. Well furnished and worked out great for us.

This place was as described. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with a nice view, while still being close enough to the parkway and all of its activities. All rooms within the home were very clean. We have no complaints and will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was perfect for the week that we stayed.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The place was quiet and private with great luscious views. You can hear the babbling brook from the second floor porch and great hot tub. The fire pit was perfect for making s'mores and enjoying the beautiful weather. The town of Hot Springs has a few nice restaurants and a fabulous coffee shop to enjoy. Lots of hiking nearby with Max Patch being a highlight. We had a great time, and will definitely book again!

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely cabin. The noise from the main road was a distraction however the quality of the cabin and its contents made up for this hindrance. We did not see any Elk but enjoyed the beautiful Mountain View!

The road getting to the property is only about 10 mins from the Parkway. It did lack appeal, but the property drive and parking area was all good. It is a tight fit to pull up and unload your vehicle because no other car can fit through. We quickly unpacked and then backed out to the front entrance parking space. There is no assigned area for your dog to use the bathroom and the hillside this unit is on, makes things difficult. We hoped not to slip and slide while finding some grassy areas by the front parking pads to walk our dog. There is no place to let your dog run. The unit was very nice, very clean, very modern. Many little extras where waiting on us, so that was nice. The front door key pad relocks everytime you go in and out, so do not forget the door code or your phone inside or you could have a real problem. We enjoyed our stay and felt it was peaceful and quiet.

A lovely, peaceful and spotlessly clean place with beautiful views. We were visiting family and hope to stay again!

Beautiful home & very clean .. looks exactly like the pictures .. they offer a lot of amenities so you’ll feel right at home. The communication was great…The weather was beautiful .. it was 6 of us with (2 kids included). Big yard out back w/ a grill which we were able to use ..but due to our son being autistic & safety reasons we didn’t let him play out back .. besides that we would definitely recommend this house or stay again , you won’t be disappointed

This is the second time I rented this amazing home. It is a wonderful place to rent. The location is great, the neighborhood is lovely and the amenities of the home are fantastic. We LOVED the theater room, cooking on the grill and having a meal outside and the hot tub! The communication with the host is top tier and everything went very smooth checking in and out. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The condo was very clean and neat and what really made our stay wonderful was the bedding OMG 1st time we ever slept on a mattress that soft and puffy as well as the pillows. The hostess was very responsive to our needs. Oh and the walk to downtown Gatlinburg was just minutes away. Will I recommend their condo yes will I be returning yes if they allow us🥰

We enjoyed our stay at Fern’s place. Very clean & suitable for 2 people. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would stay there again.

PERFECT LOCATION! The condo is right near the beginning of the strip, but is on a side road right behind it so best of both worlds. There is a nice creek to walk by on the way to the main strip. There is restaurants, shopping, etc in walking distance. You can tell the condo building itself is a little older, but inside the condo has been maintained and updated very nicely. Has everything you need and the price was great compared to similar in the area! We will be returning in the future.

Clean and cozy. Enough room for my family of six. Not far from Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Very lovely and spacious home with two king sized, comfortable beds. They provided a lot of towels and appliances including washer and dryer. The home is located up on a hill, so it's not very walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. However, it is located very close to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park so it is still very convenient to stay here and drive to the Smoky Mountains. You can also still drive down in a couple of minutes to nearby parking lots and pay $10 for parking and explore downtown. We would highly recommend this place for families.

This was a wonderful stay. Clear, friendly, upfront communication. The unit was clean, comfortable. close enough to walk to the main strip. would definitely stay here again.
