I love staying at Melanie's place. I have stayed there several times. It is on my "go to" list. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance from restaurants, park and stores. Melanie is quick to respond to any questions.

Lexington is a great city, and this was easy walking distance to downtown with my wife and teenage kids. If you love old houses and charming streets full of them, check this place out. The space is up a fairly steep flight of stairs that was fine for us, but I could see someone with mobility issues struggling with them. The place was very cute, albeit odd, given the age of the building and squeezing a unit in on the upper level. It was charming to us as we are a fans of older homes. You will dodge some low sloping ceilings as you move around the unit. The one glitch was that our downstairs neighbors got noisy one night. I messaged John around midnight, assuming he wouldn't see it until the next day. However, he surprised me with a quick return note. He contacted the noisy neighbors, and they quickly quieted down. Top notch service. I would come back for sure to enjoy the street, walk downtown, hit Keeneland, and enjoy all Lexington has to offer.

The accommodation was just a few minute walk from all sorts of nightlife. McCarthy’s bar, the Rooftop, and Greenery were some of our favorites. Really appreciated the heads up that it is very loud until about 3am. Keep that in mind that’s it’s above a very popular bar when booking this. The room was clean and exactly as described. Highly recommend if you and a few friends need somewhere near the heart of downtown.

Albert’s place is amazing. Super charming decor and very comfortable. Easy to get to and in and out. Very worth the stay. We were in Kentucky for the Derby and decided to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Louisville. This location is perfect for bourbon tours and great stables in the area. Beautiful back road drives. The living area is very inviting, well equipped kitchen and comfortable dinning room. Luxurious bedroom with nice linens. I can’t wait for any opportunity to go back to Versailles.

Great deal for everything you get, we wanted a quiet weekend before holiday craziness started and it was exactly what we wanted! The hosts were so helpful and clear and quickly responded to questions. We hope to come back in the summer time!

Jim’s place is fantastic and in a great location! This is our second stay at Jim’s home as we enjoyed our first stay so much we came back. We highly recommend Jim’s home for your next stay in Lexington!

Although we had to, unfortunately, cancel our stay at Nora’s at the last minute, we look forward to staying at her place in the future. Nora was quick and courteous with communication before our trip, and with the cancellation process as well. I felt terrible having to cancel so last minute, but she was very understanding. I’m sure the home is as lovely as Nora!

Robin’s place is our favorite place to stay when we are in the Lexington area. It is comfortable, spacious, and has everything you need. We look forward to our next visit.

Harold’s place is a little gem we are glad we found. Perfect location to walk to shopping, coffee and restaurants. We loved the house and sitting on the porch. House was so clean and comfy we felt right at home the moment we walked in. We loved the special attention to unexpected extras like breakfast and cold water in fridge. This was a girls weekend first trip to Richmond that we plan to make an annual thing and will be staying here again on our future trips. Harold was so accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Without reservation, I recommend 5 stars staying at Harold’s place when visiting Richmond area. Thank you Harold for your sweet home that made our stay so enjoyable. Patty, Terri and Beth

I will definitely book this place again when visiting my daughter. Near campus. Clean and comfortable home. Nicely stocked. Alexandra was a wonderful responsive host.

Larissa is very responsive. We really didn’t need to contact her for anything except to ask for a slightly later checkout. But she kept in contact with me making sure everything was good on our end. Walkable to UK campus, Kroger (end of the block), restaurants, and bars. Easy drive to MANY places/areas. Place was very clean, beds were so comfortable. The area was quiet. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This is the second time we've stayed in one of Amy's places in Berea and we always love the beautiful spaces, cleanliness, and attention to detail, especially the artwork that will keep us coming back again and again.

The location was easy to find and looked exactly like the pictures. We absolutely loved it. It was so nice to have a home away from home and that’s exactly how it felt. After a 17hr drive this is what we needed to unwind. We had everything we needed to feel right at home and even had coffee for in the morning! The location is close to the college and downtown, we were also encouraged to reach out to our host for suggestions as to where to visit while we were there. This will definitely be our go to for a comfortable, relaxing stay while in Berea.

This is such a wonderful place to stay in Lexington! I am a repeat guest. After traveling hours to get to the city, walking into the home was just so soothing. Natalie is just wonderful as the host. She is very thoughtful, welcoming, and responsive. This home is very well appointed, and Natalie has added so many wonderful features. The location is very convenient and quiet which is great for being a tourist and resting after a full day of activities. I definitely enjoy the view of the tree and greenery in the back. It adds to the serenity of the home. The scrumptious treats from Natalie and Jason were so lovely and generous of them! I will definitely being staying here again. Felt right at home, the location is perfect for private seclusion with beautiful scenery as far as pastures and wild life!

Fantastic stay at Ana’s house - great proximity to the horse park and downtown! House was clean, directions were clear, everything was super easy. Tons of extra towels and pillows so super easy to find something that suits your fancy!

We stayed in the Four Roses Suit and it was wonderful. This was during the snow and it felt really cozy and was had a great HVAC system heated up fast and stayed warm all night easily. Walking distance to Vallozzi’s which is excellent, and the coffee shop on the corner is really great too. Host were responsive and good to deal with. Highly recommend.

Great place and conveniently located!

This roomy apartment has character and was perfect for my one-week stay: it was close to my parents' house, convenient to downtown for restaurants and other things to do (glad to eat at Zim's Cafe again!), and close enough to Transylvania's campus that it was easy to get there and back for Alumni Weekend activities. The neighbors were quite friendly as well, with one even stopping to let me know that the street was going to be paved the next morning so I could move my car the night before.

Brooke was a great host and her place was super clean and well appointed! I have already booked with her again!

Great location with excellent amenities. Fun location with lots to do within walking distance. Decorations were great and beds were comfortable.

This was the perfect stay for a few days in Lexington visiting family and exploring the surrounding area. Safe neighborhood and convenient location. Perfectly sized space for my husband, baby, and I!

Place was great. Very convenient for any event in downtown (Rupp Arena for us). The traffic on Broadway could be a little loud at times and the bathroom doors creaked very loudly when opening/closing; loud enough to disrupt others sleeping. Otherwise, hard to beat.

We stayed at Brandon’s place for two nights because we were seeing a concert at Kroger Field… Best decision ever!! We walked to and from the concert and got post-concert food from Naz’s Halal Food right down the street (phenomenal, must-try). The space was clean, fairly easy to find with the directions from Brandon, and extremely convenient for events at Kroger Field. This space is great for a quick trip and Brandon was very proactive in communicating with us. Highly recommend!!
