To the west a 10mins walk down Markham Ave to Dash Point Park & Pier, don’t forget to stop for some fine dining at Gino’s at the point! To the east less than 2mins by car are 398 acres of Hiking trails and beach front at Dash point regional park where you can walk or mt. bike. Browns Point Light House is also close by car.
