Great place to stay, we stayed a few days for our snowboard trip and craig helped us out with some recommendations. Was a great place to stay, clean and cozy!

Tomoko had been such an amazing host. She's very responsive and kept her place very clean. Our 10 month old baby loved crawling everywhere. She even bought a high chair for baby. Thank you so much! It made meal time fun and easy. You're the best!

地理位置优越，出中岛公园地铁口步行5分钟就到，紧邻中岛公园，现在樱花盛开，出门就可拍美照！离狸小路等商业街也不太远。房间干净整洁，因楼层高视野也开阔，住得很舒心！唯一有点美中不足的就是卫生间洗脸台的龙头太短，水容易溅出，但整体感觉还是很不错，给予五星好评！

We had a wonderful stay at Kyohei and Mika’s place. They were incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to show us how to check in, use the heater, and make ourselves comfortable. They even provided us with bread and cookies, which was a lovely touch! Kyohei went the extra mile to understand our preferences and recommended some fantastic restaurants in the area, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the layout of the house. The toilet is located near the entrance, while the shower room is past the kitchen. In winter, with the cold air concentrated at the entrance, going to the toilet can be quite chilly. Overall, though, Kyohei and Mika’s hospitality made our stay enjoyable, and we truly appreciate their efforts in making us feel welcome.

日常を忘れて、心からリラックスできるすてきな時間をすごしました。 今回は夫婦ふたりでの旅。ふだんの生活や仕事のことを少しでも手ばなして、ゆっくりとすごすことが目的でした。出発前は、ちゃんと気持ちを切りかえられるかな？と少し心配もありましたが、この宿に着いて中に入った瞬間、その心配は消えました。 宿はとても清潔で広く、ほっとするような木のぬくもりを感じました。出かけて戻ってきたときは、自然と「ただいま」という言葉が出るような癒し空間でした。 観光の予定はあまり立てていませんでしたが、ホストのエリーゼさんがくださった情報と、宿にあったガイドブックのおかげで、近くの温泉にも行き、洞爺湖畔のジョギング、有珠山山頂からの美しい景色を楽しみました。 エリーゼさんとこのステキな宿のおかげで、本当にゆったりした心に残る時間が過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

房间很好，温泉很好！环境没得说！但是地理位置对于我们乘坐公共交通到达的不太方便。周边步行没有超市。但是但是，房东超级超级友好！帮我们叫了出租车载我们去便利店，隔天还通融我们晚半小时退房！全程沟通无障碍，有求必应！

What an amazing stay! The villa is absolutely spotless, from the bathrooms to the kitchen and bedrooms - obviously professionally managed by hospitality professionals. So convenient to have 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and then the amazing onsen - large enough to fit a few people in and so relaxing. The media room can double as an overflow bedroom; great for kids to watch TV or try the massage chair. The team is amazingly responsive and will also ferry you around town as you need - to the ski lift or to restaurants. We had no problem getting around without a car and with a fairly large group. The closest convenience store is about a 10 minute walk away, for reference. Would definitely stay here again!
