We check in late ,they still waiting for us helping with our bags,he explained how the place was made into reality.I love the place because I love plants,it makes the place cooler from heat of the sun.The only downside is that there is part of the road that is rough ,but I know it will be develop soon as Samal is attracting more visitors I will definitely recommend the place to friends and relatives.

We had a wonderful stay! The linens smelled so fresh and clean, and the entire house was spotless. It had all the amenities we needed—plenty of plates, drinking glasses, mugs, knives, a chopping board, frying pans, casseroles in different sizes, a gas range, rice cooker, heater, refrigerator, water dispenser, hair dryers, and an electric iron. There were also enough hangers, which was very convenient. The only minor downside was that the bathroom didn’t have a bucket and dipper, and the washing machine was defective. Other than that, everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Really felt a place like home. Everything worked in order. Would love to rent this place again if we come back to GenSan area. Thank you sir, Omar for being such a warm, kind, helpful and understanding host. Even answering my queries even late hours. God bless!

Very homey. One of my great finds! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect. Carl was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The check-in process was smooth, and all amenities were provided. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Ample space to accommodate us, 7 guests. Host was responsive to all our queries. With complete basic amenities. Good location, accessible to essential services. Overall, good value for the price.

I had a 3 Night visit in Davao just for my Mama's 80th Birthday. Since Families were coming I opted to stay in an Accessible Condo. Ms. Rodalyn was so accommodating and she was lightning fast answering my queries so I booked rightaway. The condo was within the location I wanted, Easy pick up from Families, and if I use Grab, they arrive in 3 mins. If I wanted to walk, its very safe. whats great was that it was in a Calm and quiet location, so a Light sleeper like me didn't have a problem at all. The Unit was Clean, Bathroom has no Molds and Hot shower Worked well. Hot water for my Tea was avialable and it had enough Cute Floor Mats too. hehe There was an instruction on keeping the Place Clean and were to throw the rubbish which I personally like because it meant that keeping the Unit Clean was a priority Thank you Rodalyn for being such a Great Host. I wish you abundance in Good Health and Prosperity in Life this New Year

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve experienced. The location is in a peaceful residential area, providing both security and tranquility. A major plus is the private garage, which comfortably fits a pickup vehicle—a top priority for us. The apartment itself is spacious, and to my surprise, the sofa bed was actually quite comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, making meal prep easy. Water pressure was also excellent, which is impressive given that this is in Tagum. A special shoutout to the caretaker, who was exceptionally accommodating and made our stay even more reassuring.

Had a great weekend stay with my whole family! We loved how homey it felt and the whole place was clean as well. We had some last minute requests which was granted and totally thankful to Jayson as my kids definitely enjoyed their pool time. Just had some minor setbacks but definitely not an issue. I have stayed at other condos in Davao that were higher priced. But not one of these compared to this condo. The amenities, atmosphere and sense of relaxation all were at the top of my list. Would definitely recommend and would rebook on my next visit.

Unit is nice and well-maintained. It also has the basic necessities we need for day-to-day basis. Location is convenient as it's near from the airport, host is nice and responsive. Worth for its price!

it was a very great stay! clean room and beddings. it's more than what you see in pictures, it's cozy the area smells good not stinky. easy access and complete utensils.
