We loved our stay! The house was exactly as described but a bonus of a sauna! We will definitely stay there again and tell our family and friends to stay in Eldridge!

Super clean, super quiet place. There was a ton of space for everyone. It had a well equipped kitchen and all the bathroom essentials and then some!

This place was amazing for me and my two dogs. Backyard was awesome with a nice privacy fence. There was a scooper and a trash in the backyard so cleaning up after the dogs was really easy. The house was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had incredible water pressure too!

Teri has thought of everything. bring a change of clothes and you are home away from hom. cottage is comfortable and charming. walkable to DT Moline shops restaurants bars arena riverfront. very easy location to drive to everything the QCA has to offer on both sides of the river. you can hear reveille retreat and taps from the Arsenal. be aware you can hear traffic and trains but it is not annoying. I will stay here on all future trips.

Our stay was unique - we were selling our home. Had to clean it out of everything we were keeping so an estate sale (or leftovers!) could be set up! So we needed a place for 2 weeks! The house was cozy & comfortable. We’ve never seen a kitchen so well stocked!! Beds were comfy. So glad to have washer & dryer!!

Felt right at home, clean, comfortable and quiet, Darla the host was always responsive and extremely helpful even when I was faced with having to relocate to another B and B she was right there to accommodate me, I look forward to the next time I stay at one of her properties !

Stayed here with my dog Luna for a work training. Enjoyed our stay. My dog was super comfortable here, as some places we stay at she can be agitated so that was appreciated. Amanda was super responsive as well. Thanks again.

Great location! Quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed our time on the back porch overlooking the river. The cabin was very clean, spacious, and met our needs well. We so appreciated a quick and friendly response when we had a question.

This place is a nice affordable place to stay. It reminded me of my childhood home with the noises as you stepped around the home. The beds were comfortable and I felt the place was clean upon arrival. I appreciated the host providing an item requested which made packing easier for me.

Absolutely gorgeous home! Loved the fire pit in the back. Very spacious. Family stopped by to visit and everyone was very comfortable. Very clean. This is the second property of Mishima and Tommy’s I have stayed in. I will use their properties every time I am in town

We enjoyed out long weekend in Davenport with family. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and come together for a meal, game or watching the big game. The game room kept the kids entertained with pool, foosball, ping pong and some friendly competition on the pop-a-shot! We also enjoyed exploring the Vander Veer Botanical Park, lots of open space, playground and looking at all of the unique plants in the conservatory. Several restaurants are close by, we visited Lopiez pizza, the Filling Station and Famous Daves and each had great service and plentiful portions for leftovers the next day. The hot tub was a great way to relax on the patio. Thanks for sharing your home!

Comfortable Stay, but Needs a Few Upgrades I stayed at this home in Bettendorf, IA for 3 nights with a group of 6 guests. Overall, the location was quiet and peaceful, and the house matched the description accurately. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the hot tub, though we didn't use it, looked clean and well-maintained. However, there were a few areas that could use some attention. The pots and pans were in poor condition and definitely need to be replaced immediately, as cooking was a bit challenging. The kitchen also felt a little sparse—there weren’t enough accessories (like basic tools), and we had only half a roll of paper towels available, which was a bit of an inconvenience. A coffee bar would be a fantastic addition to make the space feel more complete. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this home to others. It was comfortable and in a great location, and with a few updates, it could be even better!

Our family loved the peaceful, relaxing setting of Miguel's house. The river views are beautiful to wake up to and the house is very well stocked with anything you could need--especially the kitchen. Also, Miguel made certain there was plenty of dry firewood for us to enjoy the fireplace. We will love to book again and return next winter.
