Our stay was great! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was very easy to get an uber to Broadway/other attractions. Pete was very responsive with questions and the helpful tips were much appreciated as it was our first time in Nashville. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nashville.

We were very happy with our stay at Mary and Willie’s place. It was comfortable, clean, had plenty of space, was close to shops and restaurants and had convenient access to downtown Nashville. Mary was always very quick to respond and we felt very welcome and taken care of. We highly recommend!!

Great location to all the main attractions (Broadway, Gulch, etc). Clean and homey feel. Responsive hosts! Would definitely stay here again. I have zero complaints!

Nice neighborhood. Very family oriented, considering it's right down the street from the college. Our dog was safe in the back yard. House was very clean, smelled nice, modern furniture, big bathroom shower and a fully loaded kitchen(all sorts of appliances). Places to eat near by were walking distance and the downtown area was just a hop, skip and a jump away. This home is in a very convenient location. We were very pleased with our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay. John communicated so well with us and made sure we were accommodated upon check in. The house was clean and had everything and more we needed. It’s a perfect location for just about anything you want to do! 13 of us stayed (all women) and we had more than enough room. We will be using him again for future trips!

This was hands down the best AirBnB we’ve ever stayed at. The house was beautiful. Everything we needed was always within reach. The eclectic decor was endlessly interesting to look at and the designer really knew what she was doing. I cannot stress enough how much we enjoyed our stay.

This was a perfect place for three couples to comfortably stay with comfortable beds and private bathrooms. It was a convenient location to get to various areas of Nashville. We were in town for the Belmont graduation, and we were so happy to have found this place so that our family could all be together to celebrate! The coffee and tea were a nice touch and perfect for our morning there. Everyone enjoyed the Ms. Pac-Man machine, and one of my sons-in-law nabbed the high score! The home is beautifully appointed, and we especially loved the dining area wallpaper!

Great stay with very responsive hosts! Pool is shallower than I expected but still great. Ubers were 10-20$ so great location.

We had a wonderful stay in Nashville! Anthony’s apartment was exactly as advertised!! Extremely comfortable and felt like home!! The grounds are well kept and safe. Great location short Uber to broadway. We are walkers so we didn’t mind the mile trek to Whole Foods to stock up for the weekend. Lots of browsing while walking. Would totally recommend and would definitely stay again! Thanks for the memories!

Greg’s place was lovely and so peaceful. We didn’t feel like we were in the city, but so many things are right around the corner. It is a lovely home and the location is amazing. The neighborhood is so nice and the locals are very friendly. All in all one of the best stays I have had on Air Bnb.

Great place to stay and experience the heart of music row. Apartment was close to some great coffee shops, an awesome brewery with great pizza and salad and some fun bars. Check in was a breeze and everything was as expected.

I will most definitely stay here again. Very reasonable, clean, perfectly located around everything, and it was so cute. The host was amazing to work with, and her communication was great. I definitely recommend this place.

Very easy instructions. Condo was clean, quiet and only mins from Broadway and The Gulch. Pleasantly surprised to see a few small other amenities that aren’t normally seen with other rentals (i.e a sound machine and portable fan). Thanks for a great stay!

Alex's apartment was exactly as described and perfect for our group of 5. Check in instructions couldnt have been clearer or easier and it was an easy walk into The Gulch for restaurants and bars and even into downtown was a short walk or five minute Uber. Alex gave great recommendations also, we had a great stay. The only thing I would mention is that the walls/ceilings are thin so you can hear a lot from other apartments but it wasnt a big issue for us. We had a great week in Nashville

Katie's place was exactly how it was described, I felt like I was at home. The patio in the morning with a fresh cup of coffee was superb. The esthetics of the apartment were well thought out and very creative.The location was 6-8mins from dtown depending on the traffic, the outside would fool you on what your in store for on the inside, just because it a bit dated exteriorly and ducked off on the side. Katie was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed prior to arrival. I will certainly stay again.

The location was down the street from my daughters house and close to restaurants. We felt safe to walk in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet for it being close to a busy road. The house had everything you could need. Plenty of linens and towels. The house was clean. The furniture was not very comfortable but the beds were. We were there only at night time anyway. Deidre was quick to respond in communication and gave thorough directions. We will definitely stay again when we visit!

My wife and I travel a lot. Stay in Airbnb's probably 1 to 2 a month. I highly recommend this one if you are in the Nashville Area. You are close to downtown and things to do. We enjoy the cozy home vibe, and this one made it feel like home to us. Beds are very comfortable!! The host was very sweet, easy to contact, helped with any questions we had. If you are like us and stay in these a lot, there are many things you worry about, but this one didn't have any of those issues. It even has a nice little back yard with things for kids to do. All in all, my wife and I have it marked as our go too if we come back to Nashville. This is one of the better ones we have stayed in. Felt like home away from home!!

We loved our stay here! Walls were filled with local history and it was amazing to see how many country legends lived in this neighborhood. Close to great restaurants, hosts are so knowledgeable about the area, and we loved the tribute to Robert's Western World. Will DEFINITELY book again 🪕

This was a great place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a place that is close to the airport, but is also only a short ride to downtown. Everything was as advertised by the host and she did a wonderful job of checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay that’s not too far from all Nashville has to offer, this property is a perfect fit.

"La Cabana" is a very unique cabin setting. We are animal lovers and felt great amongst the farm animals. The hosts are undoubtedly the most friendliest people on this planet. Grace is so fun to spend time with. Peacock (Ginger) and peahens that roam around without any human fear is such a delightful sight. My wife and daughter fell in love with this cute 5 weeks only pony "Timber". The entire cabin has very distinctive paintings done by Grace. Kitchen is well equipped with pans and silverwares. There were fresh farm eggs in kitchen when we checked-in. Had fun understanding new board games that were available. Our daughter enjoyed playing the Tongue drums. The deck is huge with lots of furniture. The bedrooms are cozy with tons of lines available for guests. We opted for a one painting session and Grace is a skilled artists. It felt great to learn few tip and tricks from her at her studio. Studio attic is so impressive. Marty and Grace are an amazing hosts. Loved our stay!!

This carriage house is the best place to stay if visiting East Nashville OR if basing out of there to see all of Nashville! It's located above Molly's garage in an adorable neighborhood that's seamlessly flows into other historic neighborhoods. There are so many things close by, and Molly has great recommendations for local, walkable spots for food, etc. Getting in the car is easy if wanting to go into the city or other areas of Nashville, as well. Molly is a great host with excellent communication! The carriage house is designed with so many things in mind and the beds are quite comfortable. It is meticulously clean and we found parking to be very easy (& free) on nearby Scott Ave. If you like walkable neighborhoods, with timeless, bungalow charm, great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and vintage clothing stores/unique home shops, this is the place for you! Greenery abounds in all directions, as well, and there wasn't an unfriendly person anywhere!

Mary was an amazing host. She thought of everything we could have possibly needed for our stay, especially with our dog. She left cute notes to help us find the appropriate linens for the furniture for the dog. She had a list of numerous recommendations for every section of Nashville. We absolutely loved our stay!!!

Absolutely perfect place to stay with easy access to Nashville hotspots while being away from the crowds. Easy to find with a peaceful, lovely backyard space. The interior is adorable and immaculate, perfectly stocked with attention to detail, I had absolutely anything I could need. Really grateful to have such accommodating and caring hosts.
