We’re so grateful to Chris, Holly and their team for their exceptional responsiveness and kindness. Even though we had a few hiccups on our end getting there, they made everything feel seamless. Everyone was incredibly friendly, informative, and checked in with us throughout the day to ensure we were doing well. I would absolutely recommend this place to families—it was such a comforting and welcoming experience. We left for one day, but honestly, we wish we had stayed at the Home the entire time. We truly didn’t want to leave. The views were amazing!!!

The place was beautiful and so organized. I really appreciated that the light switch's & drawers were labeled. The car charger was dirty when we got there but once we cleaned it off, it worked for our car. The hot tub and firepit were great. 🙂

Melissa did a great job of cleaning. The hot tub did not work for a little, but she fixed it by the morning. Very cute place. Great stay.

This place was perfect for our family. There was a ton of space and the kids were fully entertained between the aracade games, air hockey, and games. The kids even got to play with some of the kids in the neighborhood. Loved all the outside spaces set up to enjoy the views and fresh air. Kicthen had everything we needed and more! The host was very responsive and accommodating. Home has a steep driveway with a leveled off carport at the top and route to the house is what you would expect getting to a home in the mountains. Would definitely return and with everything offered this place was outstanding for the price! Zero complaints and would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway.

This is a beautiful place. Christina had everything you could possibly need. The house has plenty of room and definitely kid friendly. There are games if all kinds, large legos, books and, a slide. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Bbq grills are there, if needed. The outside is the prize even though the house is amazing. You are a few yards from the beginning of a trail. We loved it and did get to see some deer up close. I have nothing negative to say about this place and its surroundings. I do recommend that you get your groceries and needs before heading up the mountain.

We stayed here for a girls trip weekend getaway and it was beautiful! The drive up is windy and narrow, but we navigated it with no trouble in a minivan. The house was beautiful with plenty of space. We were a little nervous sleeping in the basement bedroom because it was across from the garage and the inside door didn’t fully close, but otherwise the bedrooms were great for the 5 of us. It got a little cold at night (we stayed in April) but I think that just comes with a mountain home with huge windows for the incredible views, so it wasn’t a big deal. If you are looking for a mountain home with the sounds of a running river, this is a great place! Thank you to Madonna and Jonathan for letting us ship a game we wanted ahead of time and making a great stay! <3

There are super hosts and then there’s Chris. The house was great! The hot tub on the deck was a nightly endeavor. The game room was our place to chill with a great TV, ping pong table and a console arcade game with what seemed like 50+ choices. All that said what set this place on a level all by itself was the host…Chris!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cabin! The cabin is exactly as described and just so cozy! We loved all of the small, intimate touches! Jennifer is a great hostess and responded immediately to our small concerns! Highly recommend!

This place was GREAT for our long weekend! We could have stayed and never left the cabin and been just fine. The location is great. We ventured to Dahlonega and Helen during our stay. The cabin is funky and fun, lots of great touches to help you feel at home! My kiddo loved the bright colors, the board games, and the smores pack that greeted us. The drive way is a bumpy dirt road, but totally worth it- secluded and quiet just as described! We will definitely be back!

This was a great place to stay! We enjoyed it! If I had to provide any recommendations about the property it would be the driveway, but they did make sure that we knew about the off-road conditions of the driveway, which was great! You will need a 4x4 vehicle to get up and down the driveway. This wasn't an issue for us, but I could see how some folks could have some issues. besides that, the house, the creek, and everything else was great!

My family rented several home in Big Canoe for my daughter’s wedding. We had family staying at this particular home and it was perfect. If you love nature, this is a great spot!

Katherine’s place was super cute, well decorated, and stocked! I appreciated the high quality kitchen equipment as well as the fans in each room and extra blankets. The birdsong in the morning was so peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay!

The Blue Door was immaculate. We couldn't get over the cleanliness and layout of the home. It was perfect in every way. The home is fully stocked with what you need, and Kim even leaves snacks out. The location was great and just a short drive to the square. I love that the bedrooms are on the lower level and the living space is on the second. Well thought-out plan. I will be returning this summer for a longer stay. Communication was great.

This stay was amazing! The view was breath-taking. Very comfortable and the hosts were so nice and responded quickly any time I had questions. We will definitely be back!

This cabin is amazing! It's beautiful inside and out. It was like spending the night at a museum or Elvis Presley's bedroom. There was a problem with our initial reservation but our host was more than gracious and, not only let us stay one night for free, but also gave us half-off a future stay. We can't wait to go back!

What a wonderful peaceful place!! We had a great time in your lovely home. Everything was neat, clean, lots of extras! Nice smart TV for movies and the fire pit area is wonderful! Close to Dahlonega for restaurants and shops and then you can escape to peacefulness! We will definitely be back!

Cabby McAmazing! My family and I had the best time here! Very cozy and inviting! The host were very accommodating and the cabin is beautiful. Lovely views and a peaceful community. We stayed here during Thanksgiving and the warmth of the place made it feel at home. Everything we could think to need (or forgot) was there. The cabin is very spacious and very decorative. Definitely a 10/10, we loved it!

We spent 5 weeks at this cozy cabin with our 3 young children while we were selling our own house in town, and we truly felt right at home. We only had one minor issue that was fixed immediately. The hosts were all super kind and responsive. We love Big Canoe and Trevor’s cabin is a gem. It’s deep in Big Canoe, but that means zero traffic noise! So incredibly peaceful, we didn’t want to leave.

This beautiful home was a great location to have a girls weekend trip to wineries. Downtown Dahlonega and several wineries were all within minutes. Suited our party of 5 perfectly. The house is in a very peaceful location with a beautiful stream close by.

We loved this cabin! It was beautiful inside and outside with lots to do. The views were incredible, although the second day there was dense fog so we didn’t see the mountains again until checkout… but that’s just the risk you take with a mountain home so high up in the winter. We still had a wonderful time just cozying up by the fire and the basement ping pong table and arcade table gave my kids hours of entertainment. Highly recommend!
