Place is just as described and shown in the photos. House is clean and had all items available as described. Quiet area, walkable to beach, restaurants, etc. One of the main reasons for choosing this place is that it is dog friendly with a fenced in backyard. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

First time staying here, but we've always had a great experience staying at Lisa's properties in St. Augustine, always clean with thoughtful amenities, and very close to the beach. Lisa is an amazing hostess, and we're so lucky that she loves dogs!

Loved this little bungalow! Very quiet neighborhood, and literally a 60 second walk to the beach. Will stay here again when returning to the area!

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such. Great place to stay with lots to do within walking distance. Beautiful beach only a short walk as well as restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, etc. Narelle was very quick to respond and helpful, answering all questions. The condo was perfect for my group of 3 and we all felt like home there. Would definitely recommend staying there!

These were the absolute bests hosts we have ever encountered. So responsive and helpful. Truly amazing. Great place with a backyard pool and a short walk to the beach and to coffee and food.

Thank you Marty, it was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was great for us. We visited the Washington Oaks State Park just down the road. We had lunch at Captains BBQ just south of Marineland on A1A. Tony's Pizza is right across the street from the condo. The beach was access and the beach was super. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great pick. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to coming back in the future. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained and everyone that was using it looked like they were having great time. Perfect for young and older people, like I said, this was the perfect spot for us. This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. We had a last minute trip to Daytona Beach and found this adorable place on AIRBNB. LaVi was so sweet and very accommodating. The place was perfect, very clean and she even had a beach umbrella and beach towels along with a little lantern if we wanted to take a walk at night. The pool and beach were only a few steps away which was so nice!! Definitely will be looking into staying here again.

This was my second stay with Lynn at her beautiful space. I had an amazing stay with everything as perfect as the first time! Bright, clean and very nicely decorated, the unit is fully equipped for anything you'd need. There is a BRAND-NEW pool on premises overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and nicely viewed from the balcony. The building is private, unlike most of the locations on the beach, so it is very quiet. Thanks again, Lynn, and I'll be back later this year!

This was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway! The airbnb itself was the perfect size for me and my fiancé and we loved the private entry to the beach. Our flight into Daytona actually ended up getting cancelled, and we ended up arriving at about 3am, and could not figure out the entry pad. We called and the hosts immediately assisted us and we were able to get in! The airbnb had everything we needed for the weekend and also had some beach toys as well. It was in walking distance to many of Daytona's great restaurants and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The location can’t be beat! It’s truly steps from the ocean. We loved the beach bungalow—we stayed for 2 weeks. Close to restaurants and entertainment. We were able visit St Augustine, Daytona, and made 2 trips to Orlando to visit family. We used the washer and dryer a few times. There is a grocery store and gas station right across the street. We spent most of our time at the beach and never felt crowded even though it was spring break. I would give this a higher rating if possible .

The beach cottage was very nice and Natalie was a great host. Everything we needed was provided. Stayed three months and very satisfied with location and neighborhood. The weather did not cooperate but that cannot be helped . Would definitely stay there again if in the area. Thank you John and Natalie😎

The views are worth the price alone. We spent so many hours just sitting in the swings watching the waves come in. The beach is as close to private as you will find. On the days we got out, St Augustine is a straight drive about 20-25 minutes away. Perfect combination of seclusion with all the activities you could possibly want just a short drive away.

Great place at walking distance to the beach. Can get anywhere else within a 15 mins radius via car as well. Lawrence was very friendly and the house was very cozy. We would definitely go back

This was a great getaway for my family of four. Very private and beach is steps away. The restaurants on Flagler are walkable so we had very little driving to do.

Absolutely will be booking again in the future. This spot is perfect. 4 minutes away from restaurants on the beach, right across the street from grocery stores and coffee shops. This place was absolutely beautiful and the privacy was nice. The host chrissy was so helpful and communication was great. For a short trip or a long trip this is the place to stay.

We so enjoyed our stay directly on the beach. The location was awesome with just a few locals walking by occasionally and only a few others staying near. Felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. A Florida afternoon storm came while we were there but no problems. So refreshing to stay on FL beaches without commercialization, condos, crowds and more.
