great host and great place very nice and clean

Enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was with the noise from upstairs neighbors when they were present due to wood floors.

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und wie beschrieben und besonders das Lichtkonzept hat uns gut gefallen. Auch die Kommunikation war super und das Welcome Book mit den Tipps für die Umgebung und allen wichtigen Hinweisen zur Unterkunft war sehr hilfreich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Linda was extremely helpful and thoughtful thought out our stay. anything we needed she was right there. it felt just like home and looked exactly like the pics. Very welcoming area that was close to literally everywhere I needed to be. The refurbishment of the house did wonders and felt super modern with the appliances. Will book here again next time I’m in town.

We stayed here for a wedding which was less than half a mile away so it worked out perfectly. The house was great - clean, and comfortable. The house is also really close to downtown square. Michele was always very responsive and helpful. No complaints whatsoever - I recommend!

great stay and lovely host

We were in town for a Bass Tournament on Lake Seminole - Lori's place was perfect, located mid lake and very close to boat ramps. Her house had plenty of space for boat parking with easy access to power to charge batteries at night. The house was spotless when we arrived and easy to access with a keypad lock on the door. AC and Wi-Fi worked great and a TV in every room if you need some down time. Overall, a great place and great value for the money.

Wonderful home! Perfect for our fishing tournament weekend at Lake Seminole. Beautiful area, private, clean, and comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

Great house on the river, close to the boat ramp!

We have found this lovely home as an outstanding place to stay as we visit our relatives in Bainbridge, GA each month! It is always pristine and everything is state of the art. It is incredible to have the whole home to ourselves instead of staying in a local hotel. And the price is incredible! We consider ourselves regulars and love returning to our "Happy Place on Lake Seminole"!

Our stay for was for a bass tournament out of Earl May Boat Basin. The house is extremely close to the boat basin, stores, restaurants, and shopping. William was amazing and super helpful with any question I had. We will definitely be back and we will be passing his information along to fellow anglers. We were easily able to park two full size trucks and boats and could have parked even more. Super great local hosts!!

My daughter stayed in the apt for 58 nights. The apartment and the location were exceptional. Looked 100% like the photos. The host was absolutely phenomenal, friendly, communicative, and addressed all of our questions on a timely manner. I will recommend staying here short or long term. Experience was 10/10!

Had a great experience staying here, very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay just like home. Parking was great, felt safe and secure. Great restaurants within waking distance, with some being apart of same building. Communication with host was excellent and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, I know I will again in the future.

Another great stay at the Legends. I always check availability here first, before booking a hotel. I just love how it feels like home as soon as I walk in. A very soothing oasis to decompress after long days of travel and busy FSU activities.

Kelly’s place was wonderful. Very spacious, clean, and parking is right in front of entrance. It is a convenient location to FSU (especially the Stadium) as well as FAMU and the Florida Capitol. The beds were comfortable, high quality linens and had everything you would need from an umbrella to spices, condiments and coffee. They really go the extra mile to make this a great place to visit.

We evacuated from St. Pete, Fl from Hurricane Milton. A normal four hour drive to Tallahassee took 9 hours, so we were exhausted when we arrived. It was so nice to walk into the condo with the AC on and soft lights. We felt welcomed. The condo is just like the pictures. The upstairs beds were so comfortable. (We didn't use twin beds.) Great water pressure for hot showers, that were much needed. While we weren't on vacation, we did feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property and owners to anyone who wants to stay in Tallahassee. Any questions we asked were answered promptly. Thank you.

I had an amazing stay at Marlinda’s place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to where we need it to be and restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again (2nd time here ) and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
