We absolutely loved this villa, Mania very kindly greeted us at Midnight as we had a late flight, and yes the reviews are right, she arrived with the most amazing moussaka and even made a vegetarian one. Mania was always available for any advice/recommendations and managed the tricky combination of being present but not intrusive. There was also a really thoughtful welcome gift of homemade food waiting for us. The kitchen was really well equipped, and super clean, we ate in a lot and enjoyed dinners on the covered terrace. We loved the pool, the kids especially, we spent a lot of time in the pool as it was very hot. The beds were comfy, the rooms all have their own bathroom, and terraces, there was lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The garden is beautiful and I don't think we managed to sit in all the different seating areas in the week. The winner for me was the decor, it was so beautiful, it was like staying in house in a Home Decor magazine. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at Irene’s for one week, at first I thought it was quite long but ended up we went out and about every day, up hill alternately go swimming. Attraction places are in the vicinity. We don’t have to drive far. Famous Falasarna is just 20 mins away. Irene’s apartment is very well equipped. We enjoyed her place very much, it is very comfortable and spacious. Her kitchen is full of plates, pots and pans, not only that, wrap, foil, etc are also provided. Irene is such a friendly and kind lady. She replied our messages promptly. She baked the cretan traditional pie for us. She left lots of snacks on the table for us on our arrival. Highly recommended.

Quel logement merveilleux!! La vue est splendide, un vrai bonheur de se réveiller face à la mer! L’intérieur est décoré avec goût et raffinement et la propreté est impeccable! Marianthi a été d’une extreme gentillesse pour nous sentir à l’aise. Une pépite que je recommande! Une vraie bulle de bonheur

Insgesamt sehr gut, uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen vor allem für Familien mit Kindern allen Alters. Wir waren mit vier Kindern zwischen 1-15 Jahren im Februar eine Woche dort. Das ist super, bis auf das Bad gut heizbar, aber warmes Wasser ausreichend da auch für mehrere Duschen nacheinander. Super Kommunikation mit Manolis, sehr hilfreich und prompt, fühlten uns sehr als Gäste willkommen. Sein Bruder erwartete uns an der Hauptstraße und zeigte uns den Weg durch die wunderschönen Olivenhaine. Auto ist sinnvoll, theoretisch wäre es auch mit Bus und 10 Minuten Laufen erreichbar, sehr schöner Strand 15-20 min, paar Minuten mit Auto. Ausstattung der Hauses perfekt, die Fotos untertreiben eher. Zahlreiche Mücken haben uns eine unangenehme Überraschung bereitet, aber das ist wahrscheinlich für Februar auf Kreta normal. Das Wetter war sehr variabel: innerhalb einer Woche im Meer gebadet und Schneeschauer. Wir fanden es super.

We had a wonderful holiday! Giannis was an amazing host—always there in a second if you need him, but also respectful of your space if you don’t. The accommodation had everything we needed, and Giannis made us feel right at home by welcoming us with a freshly baked warm pastry and a fridge stocked with citrus fruits, wine, beer, water, and more. The place offers a beautiful view, plenty of natural light, and a spacious terrace surrounded by lush greenery. If you're lucky, Hamlet the dog will stop by daily to say hello and spend some time with you — he’s a very good boy and demands belly rubs ;) One thing to note: the second floor has a low ceiling, so you’ll need to watch your head—especially in the bedroom area. Tall guests may also need to duck a bit in the shower, though it’s not as low as in the bedroom. We’ll come back :)

Excellent - the hosts, accommodation and location, all excellent. Sia, communicated at time of booking and before we set off and provided instructions along with a map to easily locate the apartment. She met us on arrival and talked us through the accommodation and provided a local map with suggestions on. Sia also provided a lovely welcome pack that included something for breakfast. Sia and her husband were available to assist if required. The accommodation was very clean and as per the details and photo's. It's location is in a quiet area and with a good view of the bay\sea towards Chania in the distance and the mountains. Golden Beach, Yannis Beach and good restaurants are within a 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. Regular buses to & from Chania, which takes about 15-20 minutes. Well worth a stay at this location.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la maison, un vrai petit coin de paradis: un terrasse avec une très belle vue, des arbres fruitiers, des fleurs, le tout entouré d’oliviers. La maison est très bien équipée, notamment la cuisine. Aristea nous avait laissé quelques gâteaux pour le lendemain, et nous a préparé une délicieuse citronnade ! Quel accueil ! Nos enfants ont adoré jouer avec les chats, observer la tortue et aller chercher les œufs auprès des poules. Aristea et son mari sont extrêmement accueillants, plein d’attention, nous nous sommes sentis pleinement accueillis ! On espère revenir !

Jolie maison, très propre, située dans un petit village au calme. Jardin avec citronniers et figuier de Barbarie. Epicerie et boulangerie à deux pas. Idéal pour rayonner dans les environs (Matala, Phaistos, gorges d'agiofarangos magnifiques). Bärbel qui faisait le lien avec Manolis a été très réactive. On recommande.

Maison très bien entretenue, équipée et d’une propreté irréprochable. Tout a été fait pour que vous vous y sentiez aussi bien que chez vous. Piscine, moustiquaires, draps de plage, mise à disposition de tous les produits utiles, y compris alimentaires. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Erityisen kaunis ja mielikuvituksellinen paikka luonnon keskellä vain vuoret ja taivas seuranamme. Erityisen ystävälliset ja lämpimät isännät. Saimme nauttia viimeiset päivät lomastamme tässä paratiisissa, herätä vuoristomaisemassa ja nukahtaa niin, että tähdet näkyvät sängystä. Nautimme suuresti puutarhasta ja sen vihanneksista ja talosta ja sen erikoisuudesta. Lapsetkin rakastivat tätä paikkaa. Kiitos myös joustavuudesta sisään- ja uloskirjautumisen suhteen, oli meille hyvin merkityksellistä. Toivon, että pääsemme joskus uudelleen ja suosittelemme varmasti kaikille. Villa olive was the perfect place for us! the place is located in a very privet area with an amazing view, the hose is huge and very special, compfortable and clean. sotiris the host was avialble for us the whole time with great recomandations about where to go and where to eat and it was a big upgrade for our vication . it was way more than we expected, both the house itself and sotiris. we will defently come back to this perfect place. greece in its best

Die Gestaltung mit marokkanischen und griechischen Stilelementen erzeugte eine Wohlfühloase ganz eigener Art. Sehr sympathischer Empfang mit Fingerfood und weiteren Aufmerksamkeiten trotz verspäteter Anreise. Tolle Lage abseits touristischer Pfade.

Excellent ! Nous avons passé une super semaine dans le logement de Katerina. La maison est très jolie, dans un environnement paisible. Le jardin est splendide. L'intérieur était impeccable : tout est propre. La cuisine est pratique, et bien fournie en ustensiles de cuisine. La climatisation, la machine à laver sont des plus très appréciés. La localisation est pratique car proche de Kissamos mais au calme, et sur la route des plages du sud. Katerina était facilement joignable. C'était parfait !

Abbiamo soggiornato in nove persone, famiglia e amici, Villa perfetta, completa di tutti i servizi, di nuovissima costruzione e in splendida posizione tranquilla. Riguardo la posizione, è ideale per chi vuole frequentare le più belle spiagge di Creta ! Ringrazio e mi complimento con Maria, e suo marito, per averci permesso di trascorrere una vacanza splendida! L’Host Maria si è dimostrata gentilissima e sempre disponibile ad ogni ns. richiesta. Grazie !!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist abseits von Touristenströmen in einem Olivenhain. Wir haben es genossen, unter den Bäumen zu sitzen und den Grillen zu lauschen - maximale Entspannung! Beide Häuser sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Ein wahres Paradies – wunderschön und perfekt gepflegt. Besonders das Stonehaus hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Der Pool ist sehr groß und top gepflegt. Es sind ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Alles entsprach genau den Bildern und der Beschreibung, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl und entspannt gefühlt. Fofi, die Gastgeberin, war unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam. Sie hat wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht und uns bei allem geholfen, was wir brauchten. Ihre Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch viel schöner gemacht! Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen! Es ist der ideale Rückzugsort für Familien oder Gruppen, die einen ruhigen, aber dennoch gut gelegenen Ort für ihre Auszeit suchen.

Wir haben eine knappe Woche in diesem wirklich tollen Haus verbracht. Der kleine Ort ist sehr süß, kleine Tavernen fussläufig und die Umgebung bietet sehr viele Erlebnisse. Für uns als 6-Köpfige Familie war Platz im Überfluss vorhanden und wir haben den beheizten Pool Ende Oktober sehr genossen. Die Kosten von 50 Euro pro Tag dafür sind schon happig - aber bei uns haben drei Heiztage schon gereicht, damit das Wasser 6 Tage warm war … Man muss aber dann konsequent den Pool abdecken, wann man nicht im Wasser ist, was aber schon aus ökologisch Gründen sinnvoll ist … absolut empfehlenswert!!

Luisa's place is a magnificent little gem nestled in an amazing surrounding. It's the perfect hideout if you enjoy the tranquility of village life and hiking the mountains. The little house is beautifully decorated with local materials and furniture, giving it a warm and cozy feel. The view from the terrace is breathtaking! (also for looking at the stars at night) We thoroughly enjoyed our hikes in the mountains and gorges, and dining at the family tavernas in the neighbouring towns/villages, which offered delicious food. Luisa was extremely helpful and responsive, providing us with a long list of excellent recommendations for restaurants, day trips, shopping, and more. Thanks for everything, Luisa! We will certainly come back!

Konstantinos and his brother were the best hosts! The houses are located in a small village with good access to the road to Ellafonisi. The super nice garden with the Pool is perfect for a day off. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

We had a fantastic week at Harry‘s place. While the location is a bit remote, supermarkets and a restaurant are still within walking distance. For anything else, we had a rental car. The accommodation is excellently equipped. We were 7 people and more than enough dishes in the kitchen. We also made great use of the outdoor grill and pizza oven. Both the house and the outdoor areas are well-maintained, with someone coming every other day to clean the pool and tend the garden. I can definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Nous avons passé 5 jours inoubliable dans la villa. La vue était superbe et mérite de se poser pour regarder le couché de soleil avec un bon verre de vin. Les propriétaires était à l'écoute et ont toujours répondu présent lors de nos sollicitations. Les équipements sportifs nous ont bien servis (Panier de basket, table de ping pong). je pourrais vous dire encore plein de chose de notre séjour à la villa, mais je vous laisse le découvrir lors de vos futurs vacances en Crète (Chania). Ceci est un commentaire des plus sincères de la part de toute l'équipe. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour tous.

Fantastic experience start to finish. Minoas, the host, was communicative, welcoming, super helpful and very friendly. The villa was beautiful, just like the photos, and the views were stunning. The local beach is a great place to walk to and there are lots of bars situated there which also serve yummy food. Easy to drive to (rent a car if you’re flying into chania and want to explore more of the island) and very safe. Definitely recommend!!

We - a family of four - had a great week in this superb villa. The place looks as described and as captured on the photos. The garden is truly amazing and radiates a really relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed watching the birds flying over the pool and drinking from it. The villa is very well maintained and equipped with everything you need. Peter and Georgia are great hosts. They were always very helpful and very responsive and made sure everything was going well. The pool is especially nice. Even though we had a bit more than 20 degrees Celsius during the day, we were really happy about the fact that it was heated and nicely warm. The whirlpool section is an additional highlight. All in all, super nice place, great hosts and no question that this is a five star place.

Stella and her family was friendly and very helpful while we were staying at her families beautiful villa. The villa is stunning and clean. It has all you need while you stay at the villa. Would highly recommend staying at this accommodation. Likely to return in the future! The peacocks add to this beautiful location looking over the mountains of Crete.
