This holiday was very nice! We enjoyed it a lot and Yannis (Hoast) was very nice! The pool area , the private beach and the whole area is beautiful and very calm. He answered my messages even at midnight:) Yannis organised a local taxi driver to the airport for a good price and even got up at 6:30 in the morning and made us a good bye espresso ☕️ Long term short: we loved it! :)

Ioanna was a very accomodating host and her place was very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Christos communicated with us before we arrived to make sure everything was okay. Great communication from Yannis, he also organised a boat trip for us and brought us a lovely breakfast. The property looks like the photos and had great amenities, nothing has been missed! Overall an amazing experience, worth the money and definitely makes a difference with how helpful Yannis and Christos are.

Un bel appartement très lumineux, très spacieux et avec une vue magnifique. Le quartier est quelque peu en chantier et la route n’était pas terminée mais les voisins sont très gentils et la piscine est très agréable. Avec des commerces à proximité.

We experienced an awesome week at sun & chill with our host Ioannis. The place is freshly renovated with loads of love for every detail. The rooms were very clean and include a well equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms, TV (Netflix & Prime), comfy beds and a sweet balcony with sea-view - ideal to have breakfast on. There is also a beach villa, a swimming pool, a bbq area, a steam bath and a private beach located in front of the villa. Ioannis was the most welcoming and friendly host you could ask for! Always checking on us and willing to help out. Overall an awesome place with even more awesome people. Will come back for sure! Mo & Zis

The house is in a great location right in the centre of the town. The house was clean and really cosy and Athina was really kind and willing to guide us and help us around the island

Hidden gem. This is a private apartment, not a shared room. Absolutely terrific value for the $! Clean, large comfortable queen bed, AC works great, full kitchen, bathroom, living room area. Location for those visiting Prevezza or staying near airport is also A+! Would definitely recommend!!!
