Babis place was very comfortable, relaxing, and private. A few minute walk from the metro and super market. Lots of nearby restaurants for quick delivery service. Would definitely stay there again.

Wir waren für 17 Tage in der Unterkunft. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Olga war jederzeit zu gut zu erreichen und hat jede Anmerkung direkt umgesetzt. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir können Kripis Studio definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Fantastic stay in Athens! The apartment was spotless, fully renovated, and perfectly located—just a short walk to the Acropolis, great restaurants, and lively pubs. The area felt safe and walkable even at night. Claudia was a wonderful host—attentive, kind, and an excellent communicator. Highly recommend!

אחד הנכסים הכי טובים שביקרנו בהם! הבית היה מצוחצח ונקי, המארחת דאגה לכל הפרטים הקטנים - מוצרי היגייניה, כביסה, ניקיון, פנאי, בישול, היא אפילו השאירה הרבה אוכל במקרר ובארונות המטבח. באנו עם שני ילדים קטנים והיה פשוט מושלם. הנוף לים מרהיב, מבחינתי אפשר לעבור לגור במרפסת הזו. ממש מעבר לכביש, במרחק דקה של הליכה יש ירידה לחוף מהמם כחול וצלול שאפשר לרחוץ בו. יש מרפסת אחורית אינטימית ונעימה עם נוף להרים שאפשר לשבת בה בשעות הבוקר כאשר השמש חזקה במרפסת לים. כל כך מקווים לחזור לכאן! 10 כוכבים על הכל!

ev merkezi konumdaydi, şehir merkezine 15 dakikalık yürüyüş mesafesindeydi. ev çok büyük biz iki aile kaldık 3 ailede de çok rahat kalabilir. temizdi ev , biz çok rahat ettik, birçok gezilmesi gereken yerlere yürüyerek gittik. 2 aile 3 çocuk olarak konakladik. xoxuklarda çok rahat etti. evin çevresi nde araç park edebileceğiniz yerler var ancak boş bulmak cok zor, 🏠 evin etrafinda pek çok ücretli otopark bulunmkta. daireye çok rahat giriş yaptık. ev shibi tüm sorularımıza çok çabuk yanıt verdi. 3 gece konakladik. herkese tavsiye ederim

Η διαμονή στο κατάλυμα της κας Ιωάννας είναι σκέτη απόλαυση! σπίτι φροντισμένο κι όμορφα διακοσμημενο, πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Επιπλέον διαθέτει μεγάλη και περιποιημένη αυλή. Αυτό όμως που ξεχωρίζει είναι η ίδια η κα Ιωάννα, μια γυναίκα πολύ ευγενική, φιλόξενη, προσηνής κι εξυπηρετική. Έχει φροντίσει να υπάρχουν στο σπίτι τρόφιμα, ποτά και φρούτα που όσα και να καταναλώσεις απλά δεν τελειώνουν!!! Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment had an amazing view and was in an excellent location. when we couldn't find the car parking but Effie came and found us. Effie was amazing and had left home made cake in the kitchen as well as lots of fresh food.

This is one of the best places in Athens to stay. The location is perfect - the centre is known for being noisy and crowded - it is - but this apartment was silent. The insulation and thick windows mean you can be in the heart of the capital and enjoy peace and quiet. The gym on the third floor was an excellent touch. I take a lot of time searching for the best places to stay and I mean what I write: this does not disappoint. Friendly contact, spacious and pristine flat + the facilities to wash clothes and the opportunity to have the apartment cleaned during your stay free of charge! Yani & Effie are great and helpful, the rooms are perfect as seen in the photos, comfortable and they keep it super clean. We enjoyed this private place near vineyards a lot. Quite easy to access to nearby beaches by driving. There is nothing around to disrupt your comfort. Also the sky is great to watch at nights, so many stars 🌟 Absolutely recommended 👍🏼

This Airbnb is beautiful. It is exactly like the pictures. It is beautifully decorated and spotless. The host was informative and polite. He took a lot of time with us, answering our many questions about the area. This Airbnb was perfect for our party of 6. I highly recommend it..

Great place… great location excellent communication with host and would probably look to book again! I guess the only downside for me would it’s a shame it’s not 3 bedrooms… otherwise really enjoyed my stay…👍🏻

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and modern. The baby bassinet was one of the best of its kind! Our baby loved it. The area was 15 min walk from main centre and easy to get to. The area felt safe as welll. Thank you!

Στιν εδώ, μπορώ να κοιμηθείται καλά, φυσικά ανάλογα πιο είναι γείτονες που έχετε δίπλα. Στιν γύρο περιοχή υπάρχουν πολλά καταστίματα που πωλούν φρέσκα λαχανικά, κρέατα, ψάρια και ποικιλία ρούχων. Αν χρειάζομαι βοήθει, μπορείτε να ρωτήσετε τον ιδιοκτήτη και να απαντήσει μέσα σε λίγα λεπτάκια. Καλή σχέση κόστους αποτελεσματικώτητας.

It is the perfect location to stay at for a short trip to Athens! It is located near all the main attractions, making it the ideal place to stay. Obviously, don't expect a 5-star hotel: it is shared living, mostly targeting younger crowds, which led to some unappreciated noises and not-so-pleasant smells, but that is just part of the experience and was expected. The Airbnb itself is excellent--clean, well-managed, and centralized, especially for its price! I really appreciate the hosts' attentiveness and willingness to make the experience the best it can.

The place is really matching “price & quality “ theory. Host is very helpful & responses so quickly. When you book the place, he sent you all detailed info about everything. How to reach hotel, about restaurants and so on. Even though I had flight problems with airline. He did his best to find me ways to solve the problems ( my flight had been cancelled because of strike) . The location is so engaging with locals. That I really liked it. Streets are safe for night as well. I would like to thank to him for all his efforts & hospitality 👏

The place was as described. It is a no frills place to sleep. While the apartment itself is not a lot to look at, the location is pretty unbeatable, right in a real hip part of town with bars and restaurants. If you’re the li d of person who. An deal with an uncomfortable bed for a night or two, this is definitely doable. The host was responsive and helpful and even mailed my AirPods back to America for me that I left in the room. Would definitely recommend for a traveler on a budget.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Tolle Lage und Highlight mit der Dachterrasse. Der Gastgeber war auch super freundlich & gut erreichbar. Wenn man Lärmempfindlich ist, empfehle ich Ohrstöpsel, da die Wohnung recht hellhörig ist. All in all echt ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ich war zufrieden mit meiner Wahl :)
