Exactly 9.6 miles from Peoria airport and exactly 14.6 miles to the Peoria Civic Center, this apartment is located in a quiet country area. This is an apartment in the Horsemeister stall barn. Private entrance, plenty of parking, This is a working horse farm with 2 stallions, mares and foals. Can sleep 4 adults comfortably but if you have a larger group you are welcome to bring airbeds. This is just 4 miles from the village of Hanna City. There is a sectional couch that can sleep 2 children.

All bedrooms have new memory foam mattresses. Completely fenced in back and side yard. Cleaned and sanitized with non-toxic cleaners and no perfumes or artificial scents for the allergy sensitive. Welcome to @RidingHeights – our cute mid-century modern/bohemian style bungalow home. The décor is colorful, unique and functional. It is 900 square feet featuring an open concept, large kitchen and large bedroom with a king sized bed! The house is located a half block away from the Rock Island Trail, it is the longest trail in the area. The Heights Strip is only minutes away! Two street bikes are provided by us for your convenience. Message us about bringing a pet and we will consider them.

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. This cozy get away will take you back in time, but with all the comforts and amenities of modern lifestyles. You will not believe you are just 10 minutes from downtown Peoria & 7 minutes from Par-A-Dice Casino. The Barn Loft is a quiet retreat. The space has a private bathroom and kitchen. The driveway is spacious, but shared. Guest parking is clearly marked. There is a fire pit out back that guests are welcome to use.

Welcome to our mid 1900s caboose TP&W 527 and step back in time. Unwind and relax as you settle into your retreat. Enjoy the view from the cupalo as you browse through one of the books on board, or sit at your dinette and enjoy a board game. Sit out back in one of the adirondack chairs around your own private fire pit and enjoy s'mores, or just a peaceful evening. The caboose has been completely renovated and many modern convienences added. You'll love this unique and romantic escape!

The Flat

A historic mid-1800’s building on the Petersburg Square! Guests will enjoy the entire apartment-loft which includes private Queen bedroom and private bath. The main living area features a full kitchen, dishwasher, 1/2 bath and washer & dryer. Accommodates up to six guests (airbeds, sofa bed pull out). Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana) is not permitted inside the space. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.

The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub! Mid century and historic style will wrap you in comfort and luxury during your stay. We are above a coffee shop, so pop downstairs for breakfast and your morning brew! Oh, and never a cleaning fee!
