Welcome to your one-of-a-kind, historic experience located in the countryside just 1 mile east of Springfield city limits. You will experience our finely furnished family home with modern technology & conveniences, originally the one-room North Round Prairie country school from 1875 to 1945. Deluxe features include nature trails, wildflowers, sitting areas, full garage access, and a working cattle farm provide a one-of-a-kind, quality experience. A 3rd bedroom suite upstairs was added in '22!

Nestled in a quaint and quiet Pekin neighborhood, this ranch will be your new favorite stay. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area, making your meal times convenient and easy. Close to main attractions in town, 8 mins drive to Avanti Dome, 7 mins drive to Pekin Hospital, 9 mins drive to Menard's and other shopping centers.

Gollum's Cave (duplex) Now w/late checkout Sundays

Come experience sleeping in a cave without actually roughing it! Located in the back of the Hobbit, the Cave has its own private entrance under the leaf canopied patio. *Please no smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)* You will be greeted by a lantern hanging among the stalactites and vines and a set of stairs leading down into the cave. An indoor gas fireplace, a 50" smart TV, full kitchen, tiled shower, & queen memory foam mattress all guarantees a magical stay!

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. This cozy get away will take you back in time, but with all the comforts and amenities of modern lifestyles. You will not believe you are just 10 minutes from downtown Peoria & 7 minutes from Par-A-Dice Casino. The Barn Loft is a quiet retreat. The space has a private bathroom and kitchen. The driveway is spacious, but shared. Guest parking is clearly marked. There is a fire pit out back that guests are welcome to use.

The caboose has been completely renovated and many modern convienences added. You'll love this unique and romantic escape!

Enjoy a comfortable stay at this cozy upstairs apartment located downtown Lincoln. 1 queen bed , 1 .5 baths, laundry, walk in closet, sleeper sofa. Covered porch complete with a grill and seating. Everything you need for a visit or a long term stay! The best Lincoln has to offer all within a few blocks. Mexican, Italian, steak, world famous gyros, pizza, coffee, cafe's, breakfast, micro brewery, ice cream, art gallery, shopping, VIP theater and Amtrak all within a couple blocks.

A historic mid-1800’s building on the Petersburg Square! Guests will enjoy the entire apartment-loft which includes private Queen bedroom and private bath. The main living area features a full kitchen, dishwasher, 1/2 bath and washer & dryer. Accommodates up to six guests (airbeds, sofa bed pull out). Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana) is not permitted inside the space. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.

Mid century and historic style will wrap you in comfort and luxury during your stay. We are above a coffee shop, so pop downstairs for breakfast and your morning brew! Oh, and never a cleaning fee!
