The Walkers rest

Close to an area of outstanding natural beauty that is West Oxfordshire. A pretty and easy space to relax or use as a base to explore on foot, cycle or beyond, by rail. On the edge of the Cotswolds in one direction and not too far for shopping in the other, you could consider your options while walking across the countryside for a meal in one of the nearby villages. We don’t have a shop or pub here, but a twenty minute walk or five minute drive will get your essentials we haven’t thought of.

Cosy 2 Bed cottage New Yatt Farm

This cosy cottage was converted from an old dairy at New Yatt Farm. Situated a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The cottage has underfloor heating , a log burner, and 2 cosy sofas. Bedrooms have Hypnos mattresses, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and White Company toiletries. Please note Bed 2 is quite small

Private entrance, workspace/Wi-Fi, parking, lovely countryside view, includes breakfast provisions. A comfortable base for working professionals or those travelling/sightseeing. Being period it has all the lovely features you would expect from a cottage of this age including a lovely inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove and exposed ceiling beams in the sitting room and dining room. When you are in the cottage you could be anywhere as it is so peaceful.
