The check-in process was seamless, and everything I needed was readily available. I especially loved “the balcony with a great view” . Janelle is a super host - very helpful & responsive communication. She went above & beyond, when I mentioned my son loves fishing. The beach amenities and layout of items in the garage is superb - we didn't need to bring the kids boogie boards, as it was all there. My son made good use of the kayak too. We loved the location so close to Wamberal beach, and the view from the primary bedroom including glimpses of the lagoon, beach and district outlook. The primary bedroom in particular felt very luxurious, with the king-sized bed, linen sheets & ensuite. The decor is very tasteful and in-keeping with beachy location. The home was spotlessly clean and well stocked with household items needed. The option of both ceiling fans and A/C is a nice touch. The 2 x second bedrooms are closest to the main road, so we had to keep those windows closed, and it's mentioned in the listing. Being able to see & hear the beach from the home, made for a memorable holiday for our little family.

Beautifully appointed, comfortable & very tastefully decorated with everything you need to make your getaway special. The landscaping and pool were a bonus and the proximity to the beach wonderful. lovely place, quite private, close to water and useful restaraunts. nice large entertaining area and kitchen. recommend for anyone wishing to stay in the area for sure.

The location of this apartment is amazing. Highly recommend and also quieter than you’d expect to with a place so close to all of the action. The beach is literally just out of the door, and everything is walkable.

We spent three nights in Kylie’s stylish studio over Easter and just loved it. Simple but stylish (and even some thoughtful Easter eggs!), this property is only a short 10 minute walk down to Avalon Beach where the beach is perfect, all amenities are there, and the restaurants are plentiful. We didn’t use the car at all, just enjoyed the big lounge on the deck for wine and nibbles and wandered down to the beach twice a day. We highly recommend this delightful property for a perfect getaway.
