Mini fridge, hot plate & kitchen sink allow for meals. Convenient location within 5 minutes of the Fraser River & 5 minutes from the new District 1881 Chilliwack. Carriage house - open concept one bedroom suite upstairs and games room (unheated) downstairs. Quiet location at Hatzic Lake with Westminster Abbey and mountain views. Parking for max 3 vehicles permitted. Fully equipped kitchen! Fast wifi, 55" Smart TV, books, games, go for a walk, relax in the antique clawfoot tub. BBQ and fire pit. Dock, lake access for kayaking is June to early Sep. (high season). Limit 4 adults per booking with up to 6 guests including children. No parties & no visitors.

Welcome to our cozy laneway nest in Garrison Crossing in the Sardis area of Chilliwack. This standalone coach house provides privacy for a single or a couple. We are a 300 metre walk to the local swimming pool, rec centre and fitness gym. Within 500 metres there are many restaurants, coffee shops and the Save On grocery store. About 750 metres away is the Canada Education park for RCMP, CBSA, and Canadian Forces. Not suitable for infants or toddlers.
