Ryan's place was just perfect! My wife and son stayed there for 2 weeks and it was just the place that they needed. So clean, safe and convenient. Also, Ryan was an incredible host. He was a super clear communicator who made the check in process so easy. But the most amazing thing was that when I had an urgent package of some medications arriving that I had sent for my wife, Ryan jumped in the car and drove over ASAP to ensure that we were able to safely get the package, and he delivered it to the door!! He was awesome, would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thanks Ryan!!

I enjoyed staying at this apartment! It had everything I needed and was very clean, safe, and comfortable. The location was fantastic; I took several walks to the Sculpture Garden and a couple blocks away to great coffee shops and restaurants. The host was very helpful and friendly (even when I fumbled the entrance instructions). Would definitely stay here next time I'm in Des Moines!

The house was very comfortable for our family who arrived from various parts of the USA for the Knoxville Nationals. Hot water, comfortable beds, AC, and a kitchen full of everything one needs, including spices and a few condiments was great! We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at David's Place over New Year’s. The house is really charming and has a very comfortable floor plan. It is in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance of the shops and restaurants on Ingersoll. We felt very at home there, and would happily return for another stay.

Gorgeous older home with modern amenities. Original wood floors and windows with character. Dedicated workspace. Private fenced backyard with gas bbq. Access to garage for parking. Walkable to Big Grove Brewery, grocery store and coffee. Fantastic and responsive host. Informational guest book. It was everything we had expected and hoped it would be. Frankly, we were sad to leave the home and the friendly people of Des Moines.

I really loved this Airbnb!! I can see why it’s so highly rated. It’s so homey and comfortable, great for groups! Bringing our pups was a huge plus. Most dog friendly Airbnb’s aren’t that great but Jen’s place was perfect and spotless. The neighborhood was very safe and a great place to walk the dogs! We would definitely stay again!

Super cute cottage that clearly has a ton of thought put into it. Clean, cozy and comfortable decor and has the prerequisite kitchen needs, including coffee/sugar even creamer in the fridge. Backyard is fully fenced- perfect for our two pups to run around in! King Bed was super comfortable. Nice neighborhood that seemed quite safe. We only stayed one night on a long road trip but this place made us wish we had more time to hang out in it.

Doug made us feel right at home and is the perfect spot for a group/family to stay. We stayed for a golf trip and guys weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Doug was a great and responsive. Awesome place to stay and we cannot recommend it enough. We will be back in the future!
