Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

Has kitchen, large dining area which doubles as a ping-pong room, den with view of lake, screened in porch stocked with a variety of fishing poles, dock with small boat slip and diving board, laundry room, full and twin air mattress for extra sleeping needs, bedding, linens, towels, washcloths, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, fire pit, gas grill, {Jon boats, barge with trolling motor can be rented.}

This home offers 1 king, 1 queen, 3 Twins, and a sofa to accommodate 8 guests comfortably. It has central heat and air, and a full size washer and dryer and everything to throw in a load of laundry. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, coffee pot, and essential kitchen tools and appliances. Pets allowed w/fee. Must message for required pre approval.

The home is in the northern tip of Hill Country and has beautiful scenery with views of the Palo Pinto Mountains and a perfect view of the stars. Alameda Cabin

Alameda Cabin is a hunting cabin that sets down a 1 mile gravel ranch road where the historical community of Alameda once thrived in Texas's early years. Peaceful and quiet with views of the pastures, cattle grazing, dark skies and the only traffic coming by are ranch hands tending to the land and cattle. A 30 minute drive on country highways takes you to the new Palo Pinto Mountains State Park.
