Séjour exceptionnel dans cette magnifique villa ! L’accueil de l’hôte a été d’une chaleur et d’une attention rares, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. La villa est impeccable, très confortable et décorée avec goût, offrant un cadre idéal pour se détendre. L’emplacement est parfait et l’hôte toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. The host was great at communicating everything we needed to know and offering extra recommendations. It’s a really great location for travelling around this part of Oman, we hired a car which I would definitely recommend. The villa had direct access to the swimming area, it felt like your own private pool, and the beach was a short walk away. I’d suggest going to a supermarket in Salalah as the market in Hawana was limited. Overall a very peaceful and relaxing break away 👍

The place is great and as described in the listing and its details. The host is quick to respond making things easier. Wonderful place to stay in a residential compound. A quite and peaceful place to relax. One thing to consider if planning to travel around is that a vehicle will be needed. The place is a bit inward, but has delivery services (Talabat) for groceries.

If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and picturesque then I would definitely recommend this location. The apartment facilities (beach and pool) were brilliant. Andrin was proactive and extremely from the moment we booked. The location is slightly remote (about 30 minutes from airport and city centre). The apartment itself is was clean, comfortable and as described. We will definitely be back!

Schönes Studio in Resortanlage Hawana, Ausstattung wie beschrieben und in gutem Zustand, sauber und gepflegt. Herzlicher und freundlicher Kontakt, kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa von Sabrina und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen! Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Sabrina hat bei Fragen etc. sehr schnell reagiert und uns Tipps gegeben für die Umgebung. Die Villa ist gut zu finden. Ab dem Airport SLL ist Hawana schon ausgeschildert. Parkplätze sind ausreichend direkt davor vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber, das Bett frisch bezogen und ausreichend Handtücher waren vorhanden. Sabrina war so lieb und hatte Wasser im Kühlschrank bereit gestellt sowie ein paar Chips/Snacks. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Auch einige Gewürze, Öle etc. waren vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse mit Lagunenblick steht ein großer Tisch, so dass man auch draußen essen kann. Insgesamt ist es ruhig, so dass man nachts gut schlafen kann. Ab und an ist abends in einem nahen Hotel Kinderdisco, aber spätestens ab 23 Uhr ist Ruhe. Der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen (Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden). Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

The location is secure and peaceful since it’s on the Rotana resort’s compound. I do recommend renting a car for your stay as it may be hard to gain access to e-taxi services and the nearby restaurants may be on the pricier side - however, food/grocery delivery services are still available and quite affordable. The Rotana Beach is a 8-10 minute walk away and provides a nice place to watch the sunset or just relax. The home itself was fantastic, well decorated, generally clean, and could comfortably accommodate my party of 3 people. Check-in was seamless and Matteo was ever ready with recommendations and advice. Thank you for the great base during our Salalah trip. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Matteo again :) !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer gated area. Direkt am Kanal gelegen, zum Meer sind es ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, lediglich hat es etwas an Kochutensilien etc. gefehlt. Ansonsten alles bestens 👍🏼
