미딩 지역에서 걸어다니기 수월합니다. 바로 앞이 공터이긴 하지만 시끄럽지 않습니다. 미딩이 한인타운이라면 길 건너편인 이곳은 로컬느낌이 조금 더 있습니다. 필요한 것은 다 있습니다. 침대도 깨끗했고 주방도구들도 모두 잘 갖춰져있었습니다. 냉방도 잘 되었습니다. 럭셔리하지는 않았지만 가격대비 완벽했습니다. 감사합니다.

The apartment was fantastic. Everything is thoughtfully laid out: it’s compact but efficient. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with a microwave, electric kettle, induction hot plate, and all necessary dishes and utensils. They sold me large bottles of drinking water throughout my stay. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. The view from the windows is lovely, and there are lots of windows. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy (construction, football revelry), but the double-panel glass blocked out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully every night. Tracy was responsive and helpful: she’d always answer my messages within a few minutes and helped me to troubleshoot the few problems I had. E.g. my electric kettle stopped working, and she provided a new one immediately. I’ve stayed in Hà Nội many times, and this is my favorite apartment. Highly recommended!

Ich habe mehrere Woche in diesem Apartment verbracht. Die Lage ist großartig. In der Wohnung ist alles funktional. Die Nachbarn sind allerdings sehr laut, besonders am frühen morgen. Ich hab mich hier aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt!

I recently stayed at an apartment in Hanoi that was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant sights and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. A highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, which offered a great space to relax and enjoy the view over the city skyline, especially during sunset. The area was also fairly quiet considering its central location, making it a nice escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance between accessibility and comfort in Hanoi!

Appartement vaste, très confortable, et calme compte tenu de son emplacement au centre-ville. Bien situé, cuisine bien équipée, bonne douche et eau chaude en quantité. Tra a été très disponible et gentil en messagerie lorsque j'avais des questions. Je retournerais volontiers à cet appartement !

Ми шукали це помешкання після того як попереднє житло виявилось обманом. Але залишились дуже задоволені так як все було чудово. Помешкання знаходиться біля озера тож вам завжди буде де гуляти. Також це в межах 5хв від урядового кварталу, тому безпека тут на високому рівні. Таммі завжди швидко відповідає та готова допомогти. Ми прожили тут місяць працюючи віддалено і нам немає на що нарікати. Дякуємо Таммі за гарне помешкання.

A modern, spacious, comfortable, nicely furnished apartment in a well maintained apartment building. Located in a small alley in a quiet residential neighbourhood with eating options nearby and just a 5/10 minute drive to the old town. Our host, Duong, kindly arranged airport transfers and helped us recover a lost suitcase during transfer. Instructions for airport pick-up, check-in and check-out procedures were clear and timely. 지도에는 주소랑 위치만 표시되어있는데, 그것만으로는 찾기가 힘들고 주소에 가시면 공차랑 Daddys Paris 있는 건물 왼쪽에 계단 올라가는게 하나 더 있고, 거기 2층부터 5층까지 숙소 건물입니다. 한 달 정도 지냈는데, 불편한건 전혀 없었고 정말 깨끗하고 좋았어요 방문에 청소 부탁 팻말 걸어놓으면 깔끔하게 청소해주시고 세탁도 바구니에 넣어서 내놓으면 다 해주시고 호스트한테 메세지 남기면 항상 빨리 응답해줘서 그게 가장 좋았던 것 같네요. 다만 주방은 공용주방 2층에 하나만 있고(다른 방엔 있는지 모르겠지만 제 방엔 없었네요) 한번도 사용해보진 못했습니다. 항상 관리하시는 분 가족이 거기서 식사를 하시는 것 같았어요.

Great location. The rooms are really nice and clean. The cleaning services are on point. The host is super nice and friendly. I will probably stay here everytime I visit Hanoi

Phuong’s place was looking amazing. Extremely beautiful decorations and everything was clean and new. Check-in and check-out were easy. There’s a guard near by and you can contact him easily.

Tôi cảm nhận được sự nhiệt tình của Erik ngay từ khi trao đổi về đặt phòng, đên lúc nhận phòng và trong suốt thời gian chúng tôi lưu trú tại đây. - Thiết kế, nội thất và đồ dùng có hơi hướng cổ điển, lạ mà rất đẹp mắt. - Mọi thứ khá mới, phòng có mùi hương dịu nhẹ, phòng chúng tôi ở sạch sẽ và thoáng mát. - Sự trao đổi thông tin và hướng dẫn khách hàng làm tôi thấy khá ngạc nhiên. Có vẻ như Erik là người bản địa nơi này. Mỗi khi chúng tôi cần thông tin nên ăn gì, đi chơi ở đâu đều được giới thiệu 1 cách nhanh chóng và hữu ích. - Điều mà tôi cảm thấy thích nhất, là 1 số vật dụng như trải bàn, và 1 số tranh ảnh. Gợi đến cho tôi 1 sự yên bình, đôi khi suy nghĩ lại về ngày xưa, những chiếc chăn bông hình hoa hồng, những viên gạch đá hoa hình ngôi sao hay là bộ bàn ghế ăn ngày đó ông bà thường dùng… - Đệm cũng là 1 thứ làm tôi khá hài lòng, êm và không quá mềm. - Vị trí thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển đến các khu vực khác tại Hà Nội. Xung quanh hàng quán, tiện ích đều không thiếu.

Me and my partner loved our stay here. It is exactly as described. And the staff was very friendly and helpful to top it off.

First of all, the house was very spacious and clean, the kitchen had all the amenities, and the location was 30 minutes to the center. Most of the locals live in this area, there are cafes and markets nearby. The owner of the house responds immediately, and if you want to rent a motorbike, the lady working there will help you. I would like to thank Kim Phuong, who is a very helpful and good person. She is a very sincere and good person.
