Large 4 bedroom home + office. Huge deck that backs to open space and walking trails. Quiet community 2 blocks from the neighborhood pool and tennis courts. We've done a lot of updates to our home to make it very nice and we love to sit on the covered back deck in the summer months. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a loft area (where our children play) and an office (not pictured, but great space to work). 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike walk from main street Parker and many activities.

Relax & unwind in this 1700 sq ft lower level guest apartment. This space was professionally designed for a vacation rental and has 4 beds, 2 baths. (2 King beds, 2 Queen beds.) The master bathroom has a huge walk in steam shower with a shower tower that has tons of different settings, the other bathroom has a full bath tub and shower, both have heated floors, shampoo and conditioner, black washcloths for removing makeup, as well as hair dryers. Coffee, creamers, and sugars also provided.
