Hello 👋🏼 My apartment is in the old town. It's close to the train station and the city center. Annecy is small, so you can easily access the lake from my place. You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

A 200 mètres du lac d’Annecy, emplacement idéal pour profiter des activités nautiques ou des plages à proximité. A 100 mètres de la piste cyclable, laissez votre voiture pour un mode de transport plus nature et visitez les bords du lac à vélo, Annecy est seulement à 16km (vélos prêtés gratuitement). A proximité de l’appartement de nombreux départs de randonnées avec plus ou moins de dénivelé. L'appartement est situé dans une petite copropriété de trois appartements dont un que nous occupons.

Duplex entre lac et montagnes

Entre lac et montagnes, situé à 5 minutes en voiture du lac (plage de Duingt), notre appartement est consrtuit dans une ancienne ferme. Il a une capacité de 5 personnes (maxi 6 avec canapé lit). Il est situé à 800m d'altitudes dans un village typique du parc naturel des Bauges. Vous y trouverez un accès direct pour les randonnées en montagne à pied ou en raquette depuis la maison. C'est un lieu paisible en pleine montagne.
